Amazing customer service. Ash was super knowledgeable and shared a ton of information, always making sure we had a clear understanding of everything. Would 100% recommend Michael & Son. The entire process was smooth and efficient.

Our technician Matt was absolutely wonderful! He called me prior to our appointment window and said he was running early and asked if he could come early. He came in, was extremely respectful and knowledgeable, fixed our system in no time, and explained what he was doing every bit of the way! He also gave me useful information about other work Michael and Sons offers that I need done. All in all such an excellent experience and will be using them in the future for any needs they offer!

I'm a skeptic when it comes to finding a company to call for a job in the home. I do my research before I decide to invest in the services, and I found these guys to be the best in the area (based on recent reviews and time in business.) I have to say, I was impressed with their professionalism and they were very polite and affable. They took the time to answer our questions and educate us about our water heater and how we could take care of it ourselves if it ever arises again. 10/10 would recommend 👌 😁

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR $59 A/C CHECKUP/CLEANING PROMOTION!!! Our A/C may have been old, but it had definitely been cooling. But as soon as the tech arrived, he told me that our system wasn’t working. I said it was at 71degrees and almost too cold the night before, but he said it was only because the outside temperature was cold. He said it wasn’t cooling as well as it should be and suggested a maintenance for $89. We agreed, and after that, he said the refrigerant was low, suggested refilling it and/or getting a new system. I asked him if he would clean the system as was the original intent, and he said there was no point to cleaning a system that wasn’t working. Again, the house had been cool enough and cool air was blowing through the vents when he showed up. And every HVAC person I’ve talked to since has said that absolutely the system could’ve/should’ve been cleaned before evaluation! Anyway, we didn’t trust him, so we just paid the $89 and sent him away. Shortly after, there was NO air coming through the vents. I called the manager at Michael & Son, and he insisted everything the tech did and said was correct. So I called another company to come out the next day. Well, between the time the Michael & Son tech left and the time the new company showed up, the pipe had completely iced over, and now the system was non-operational. I hate to accuse someone of deliberately causing harm, but the circumstances are too coincidental. If not deliberate, I’d have to say the tech in the least somehow caused the system to malfunction. We will be forced to get a new system, but NOT from this company. I am posting this review so others can BEWARE. I thought a cleaning/checkup will prolong the life of our unit, not that I’d need to replace it the very next day!!!

Mr. Matthew, with Michael & Son, is a super fantastic professional who completed a full diagnostic on my A/C unit and repaired it to be fully operational again. He contacted me prior to the appointment, arrived on time to my home, and was very friendly and knowledgeable to complete the necessary fix so I may have cooling and heating in my home again. Therefore, I am totally pleased with the quality of his work.

Our technician Mo was extremely professional and did a fantastic job!! We have had terrible experiences with plumbing services in the past and we were very nervous about the extensive repairs needed. Mo put us at ease, took the time to explain everything and provided the best service hands down! We will definitely do business with Michael and Sons again. A+++ Ask for Mo, he was the best!

Everyone I had contact with was very professional from the first telephone call to them.

I had a hot water heater replaced by Andrew (Drew) and Scott. They did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. They kept the area clean as they worked.

The company did everything they said they were going to do. To include keeping me posted on the date and time of the City Inspection being scheduled.

We had a leak in the shower--a result of faulty installation most likely. Michael and Son just did a wonderful job. Totally professional. We use them for all of our plumbing needs and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks!

Clogged toilet. Super quick. Gage was very professional, polite, & adhered to safety protocols as shown via a YouTube link sent along with a text message introducing my plumber. Then he also called 20 minutes before arrival, which I appreciate. Excellent service. Excellent experience. Thank you! 🙂

We had an awful plumbing situation involving a root growing into our pipes. Our technician arrived promptly and was very nice and helpful. He solved the issue timely, too. Also much more affordable than the other plumber I got an estimate from.
