NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

We called NexGen for our AC/Heater needs a while ago. And called them again for our water heater. We are not disappointed. Appointment made and decided that day. Install expectations were met. I would not use anyone else for our HVAC and Plumbing needs. With regards to David De La Rosa, he was transparent on price and what will happen on the install. No surprises or misleading statements. He was pleasant and punctual. Glad to have him come out and take care of us. Thank you David and the NexGen Team. Customer for life here.

Noah was on time and very efficient at diagnosing the problem with our AC.
He took many photos to document the current state of our system and very carefully explained the problem and the work to be done to make the repair. Noah checked all the system and refrigerant level too. We would be sure to ask for Noah in the future when our 21 year old system gives up and needs to be replaced. Thanks!

I have good experience with this company I called on Wednesday to schedule a service and they were able to accommodate an appointment for the day and time I requested. Their technician was on time and very professional as he explained with full details of all the problems found Before he started doing any repairs and provided estimates right after he was done with the evaluation. Roger was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing! They knew exactly what was wrong, after working with me to send them some info. They came out same day and fixed my AC, after I had spent weeks asking my new home builder for help, and their AC company came and left, refusing to assist because it was related to electrical! Ridiculous!! They quoted us $17,000.00 to replace our hvac!! The technician did not put our hvac screws back on after he checked it out. He left them on our barbecue grill!! Made an appointment online and they showed up without any confirmation or notice!!
