I had an extremely pleasant experience with Justin’s overall customer service. Not only was he able to come earlier than the set appointment but he was able to complete everything in a timely manner. If I have any problems in the future, Justin will be the one we go to.

Luis Sotelo deserves a five star review. Multiple had come to the house to look at air conditioning unit. None of them gave me the right information. Although it was bad news, he did offer a viable solution that I trust. Thank you for your honest and trustworthy professional advise.

We just had an appointment with David and Rolando. They were thorough, professional, fast, and very, very knowledgable. 5 star service through and through. And, they even offered to help us upgrade the system and get all the tax credits!

I would not recommend nexgen to anyone. I was very surprised by their lack of professionalism and poor sales tactics considering how large the company is. I received a verbal estimate that was significantly higher than 4 other reputable companies. I asked for a quote in writing (via email) and never received it. The woman who gave me the verbal estimate spent most of the time bragging about her many years of experience she had and that I wouldn't find anyone else who knew this industry better than her. She told me that I'd be making a bad decision if I went with a different company. I did, and I am VERY glad that I did not choose to go with NexGen.

Wow! We had the most amazing experience with Alex! He was able to come in quickly and made the process as smooth and painless as possible. He was kind and friendly and presented us with the problem at hand as well as all of our possible solutions. He was able to fix everything so quickly and we had the AC going in no time! He was so good with our dog too, who can be a little vocal and hesitant of strangers. Needless to say, they were besties by the end! Overall we definitely recommend!

As a US Navy Viet Nam veteran I was aware of the service that their organization provided to other veterans which produced a quality product and was responsive to my need for an up-to-date heating ventilation and air-conditioning system that was Energy efficient. Their company representative responded to my posting within 30 minutes. An appointment was set up with their project manager Christopher Nanney 48 hours after the initial request.
During his on-site visit; and, after assessing the project requirements, Chris immediately contacted Zach Negrete, East General Manager for the Riverside, CA NexGen Organization. Both gentlemen worked quickly to provide their customer, Me, with a proposed quality product which could be fully installed the following morning. After Chris explained the value of their Energy efficient product, I was satisfied that my Life’s Philosophy has been met. “You get what you pay for“. Note: I will follow this posting with another one after the installation has been completed and is fully operational.
(24 hours later). Christopher Nanney and his Installers worked as a team and installed a quality product and were very pleasant to answer questions during the installation. Up-to date vent covers were also installed. The installation was completed on a 98 degree day where the installer’s completed the job and vacuum before they left. I was especially pleased that a member of their support team followed up within 30 minutes to see if I had any questions or concerns! I would recommend this team to anyone one who needed an upgrade or service.

NexGen is the best! Their service is top notch, thorough, very responsive and reasonably priced. David, our tech, was helpful and even researched a possible issue with the size of our unit. He went above and beyond to double check, get more photos, and reviewed it all with his boss. Thankfully it all worked out and no need for any fixes. When he mentioned the possible issue, I thought maybe an upsell might happen. Thankfully he was just looking out for what's best for me! I was blown away with his care and concern. So impressed and highly recommend NexGen.
