Patrick was on time, efficient, explained things to me about my system honestly and simply in a way that I could understand. I appreciate fair and honest assessments. I have been using this company for routine maintenance for the past 3 yrs and so far every time I have received excellent service.
Communication had degraded at NexGen. I called to make a service appointment and was told I would be called back because all customer service staff was already on calls. The person who called back said she was going to book my appointment. She did book it with a window from 1:00 to 5:00pm on the date chosen. Then the next day someone who said they were with customer service/scheduling and my appointment needed to be solidified at 5:00-6:00pm on the date. She said the person I spoke to did not have access to their actual service schedules. So the time they gave me was in error. I agreed to 5:00pm on the date. The date was today. The technician arrived at 4:00pm. No one texted or called to advise me of the time change. The technician was under the impression that the office had contacted me to let me know he would arrive an hour early. More communication errors. He did the service and said all was good with my heating and a/c, but I should consider adding a device to assist with the starting of the unit in my backyard that had the fan. The device would help stop “hard starts” on that piece of equipment. System is barely four years old. Device costs almost $600. Seems high for an add on they can’t even say I need. Not the kind of service I am used to getting from NexGen. Have been so satisfied in the past.

I had a wonderful experience with NexGen! From the intro discussion with Edson to the installation that even started the next day, everyone I worked with was kind, prompt and most importantly thorough. I really appreciated the attention to detail of everyone who worked with us with Jorge and the team, they kept everything clean as well. The office folks were also prompt with confirming appointments and checking in with me. Overall very happy with our new AC and heating system and the smooth process from day 1.
Edward P did a great job at serving out heater and AC. He was very thorough and was able to explain everything in great detail. He provided photos and data from his sensors he placed around our house to make sure our unit was running correctly and more importantly safely. He offered solutions that could help our system run more efficiently and save us money on our monthly electric bill.
Our biggest concern was that our heater would shut off every 10 mins. Turns out it was due to corrosion on a sensor. Edward cleaned the sensor and left it looking brand new. Now the heater runs with now issue!
Usually I try to save money and do things myself but I would gladly pay to have this service done on a regular basis to make sure my HVAC is running optimally…and the best part is it saves me from having to squeeze into my attic!
I’m glad I went with NexGen and I’m glad that Edward P was our service tech. Next time I need my unit serviced I’m definitely requesting that they send Edward P!

Abraham was absolutely awesome to deal with, showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was also charged the price I was quoted over the phone. I highly recommend them!
