NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

David came out to snake my main sewer line. He said there was a lot of grease that was clogging the main line and some baby wipes. It was three times as much as I was quoted. Six days later water was backing up again. Called out a different plumber and he said he got 20 feet into the sewer line and hit the clog. He said he pushed through it and cleared the line all the way past the farthest wash out.
So I paid more than quoted, the work was not done.

Perhaps overpriced, shop around and compare. Warranty repair required multiple follow-ups and threats of litigation, but repair was successfully completed without going to court. Plumbers were difficult to deal with during repipe of whole house and fought advice based on homeowner's knowledge of prior construction. Would not use again.

Bathroom sink was blocked. David DeLarosa arrived early. He was very professional. He took care of the problem
and now our sink is flowing very good.

Johnny Moreno came to 2 hours earlier than expected and checked our drain and did a great job evaluating the situation as he walk me through and his experience with the way he work really shows in how knowledgeable he is when it comes to this type of job. I highly recommend Nexgen for your plumbing needs for your future.

Noah was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining explaining and performing work to ensure our heating system was operating effectively. Overall, Noah was awesome and has further solidified my loyalty to Nexgen!

David arrived to our house on time and explained everything that needed to be done. He was super helpful and courteous. Definitely will call NextGen again.

This was for a service tuneup. I got a bunch of recommendations that the guy was selling me. Pretty much everything needs to be done, and he told me, it's a special going on, so only 1k... Nothing crazy. I mean, there was no option to do a list of what's important, and what's lease important, but everything should be done on this holiday saving. Wow, never using them again. Next Gen HVAC, please beware and look for estimates and don't take everything as it's recommended.
