Technicians we're prompt and very courteous. Gave information on the nature of the plumbing problem. Provided precise price range for range of possible corrective actions. All at very acceptable price.
No pressure to choose from the options provided, and no follow up calls from the sales department.

After confirming the service to be done and pricing, I was still gouged when the plumber arrived. There was no additional work done other than a simple drain cleaning that took no more than 15 minutes to perform. The online price was $58, but I was told he wouldn’t do the work unless I paid $192. NexGen is a total scam.

Eddie came to the rescue! He was professional, on time,thoroughly explained the issue and his plan to repair it. He provided a lot of pictures so I can see the issue without having to go up in the attic. He came prepared with the shoe cover which I greatly appreciated. I also gained some great tips on how to check and maintain to prevent serious issues. I'm very happy with the work he has done and in my opinion, he'd make a great trainer on providing great customer service in addition to getting the job done the right way. Thank you, Eddie!

The technician is honest and true professional. He checked my tankless water heater and recommended to talk to people who did the installation since it will be covered by warranty. This company is true to what they advertise. They will tell you all possibilities and honest recommendations. I highly recommend this company.

Roger was the technician that came out to help me and Regan was the awesome point man. I had condensation build up that led to a leak from an old HVAC unit at my office. Not only did Roger come out the same day, he made an appointment with me and texted me to let me know he would be 1.5 hours early! Knowing my medical office was in dire need, he made sure to get it fixed immediately. This was my 3rd company and should've been my first. Unlike the other two techs, Roger took a video and snapped pictures and explained EVERYTHING in DETAIL what I needed in a systematic outlined detailed report. Blown away by the efficiency and professionalism he displayed and took his time with me. There is a HUGE difference between companies in quality and efficiency. The cost isn't enough to deter you from going with the best because they are nearly the same price...NexGen is the BEST.

I requested an appointment online and Patrick was able to come for an appointment that next day. My heater was kicking off and Patrick figured out that it was overheating because our home has only 3 outlet vents and little return air. He helped us to fix the problem temporarily at no charge, until we can fix it by installing an additional vent and changing out the return vent. Patrick was awesome and we will request him directly in the future!

The person that came out was super in time, so professional, and really nice! He offered to wear shoe covers for our baby, worked quickly and efficiently, and was super proficient. Never heard of the company before but will be recommending to all our neighbors.
