How do I give them negative stars? I don't even want to give them one! They refused to produce a written estimate, they overcharged me, double billed me, stood me up multiple times, failed to clean up behind themselves, failed to disclose future payment coming with they reimbursed the overpayment, and then failed to produce any paperwork for the job.
Here's the story:
I begged and begged for a written estimate. They refused. I called, texted, and emailed for one. I waited over a week into the job before I finally got one.
When I did, it was wrong. They added a $6300 item I didn't need or want. They were going to destroy the concrete in the garage to tie into the other line without explaining it to me. I don't think so.
They also double-billed me for an item.
They had already charged my card for the entire amount.
I made them take it off.
They decided to reimburse me the amount they chose without a conversation.
Now, months later, they are billing me for another grand.
Meanwhile, they cleaned out the kitchen trap into my gravel and I've had to hire an exterminator, 3 times, to control the ant problem it caused.
They promised to come out and investigate the smell coming from the bathroom. They "forgot" despite 2 reminders.
I had to hire someone else to come to finish the job.
And finally, they didn't tell me about the inspection the job required until months later. At the time of the first inspection appointment, I never heard from anyone. At 5 pm, I texted Nexgen. I was told their guy was late, and the inspector wanted to reschedule. But no one told me. I waited 5 hours. Then she told me the inspector left a note because I wasn't home. And THAT was the reason we didn't have an inspection. Turns out the inspector was 15 minutes early and had come and gone before our 4 hour window began. I took a picture of it and sent it to her. While you are busy blaming me, you were not here to know what happened. Your guy was late, the inspector was early, and I was on time. Take some responsibility. OWN YOUR SHIT!!
I set up the next interview with the inspector and took care of it myself.
Poor, poor, professionalism. I don't recommend them at all.

I emailed 6 times over 2 weeks to get an invoice that showed paid in full, registration paperwork, and a specific rebate (which I sent multiple times).
They refused to respond.
I tried calling. No one answered.
I sent specific info that I needed to file for my gas rebate and alerted them to my deadline (today) to file.
Still no response. Not even "I'm working on it".
It's funny that when they wanted their money, they called, texted, and emailed several times a day.
Seems once they got their money, they didn't care what I needed.
I was reduced to calling corporate to get anyone to respond.
Tyler was extremely proffesional and efficient with his work. Came in knocked out the toilet glog in minutes, didnt make a mess at all. Then carried on with his day, excellet service
Noah Fierro had assisted me on my ac and was very thorough with what needed to done and how it needed to be done. He was Transparent in his work therefore I will be getting back to NexGen for any additional convinces.
Manny came out and fixed my sink and garbage disposal. Was clogged and backed up. Friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend for house hold repairs..! Thanks Manny. 💪🏽
Manuel showed up on time and with a great attitude - I was nearly late! He came in and was extremely professional and respectful of my home and time. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Manuel cleared my drain in no time and we had a great chat while doing so. I will definitely use NextGen again and ask for Manuel by name. My bathroom sink was not draining properly on a day where we were having family and friends over for my daughter’s birthday. I called at 8 am and it was repaired before 10 am. Truly remarkable service and the price was very reasonable.
