Empire Custom Cooling

We called Empire Custom Cooling on 4th of July weekend because our air had stopped working. Travis answered our phone call on a Saturday and came out on Sunday to help us with our air conditioner!!! He was on time, personable, knowledgeable and completely transparent with what was going on. His communication was outstanding both on phone, via text and in person. Pricing was fair and job was well done. We will definitely be using Empire Custom Cooling for our future AC/Heating needs and referring our friends and family as well. I purchased a property without heating, and the ac was broken. Empire came out and fixed the problem, and installed heat quickly. They also fixed my rental property when another company couldn't find the problem and had to diagnose 3 days in a row.
