The owner Todd met with me personally to do the quote. Answered all my questions and was very polite and professional. I loved the way he showed respect to the other local HVAC companies. His pricing was excellent! His staff was on time and incredibly professional and polite. Todd was on site through the whole process. They installed 2 3 ton full hvac systems in 1 day! Their after sale support has been perfect. He completed the rebate forms for me and I just scanned them and emailed them in. If you are in their service area, you would do well to meet Todd and have him quote your job.

Andre was very friendly. He inspected & tuned up my a/c. He also advised me of some issues that might affect the life of the unit, explained to me exactly what they were & pricing. No pressure & very professional, Andre was also careful to make sure he left no mess.

Inland empire comfort always does a great job. They are honest and communicate well with you. I have them come out every 6 months to make sure my house heating and air systems are maintained. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, I could go on and on but I could not do this company enough justice on how good they are! Brad my service tech remembered his visit to my house in May to inspect my AC unit. I bought the maintenance plan which is extremely reasonable and well worth it, which is why he was out today servicing my furnace and doing his multi-inspection!
