Outstanding service technician.. very detailed and informative…

Todd is the best we have had and the only one to take the time to actually figure out what was wrong with my unit. His follow up was better than my own home warranty company. I will only request him moving forward. He was extremely professional and his knowledge is second to none. Highly recommend!!!

Great service! Called and was able to get someone out on the same day. AC unit completely stopped working and we surely could not last another day without it. Brad was very knowledgeable and made the decision to use them an easy one. Excited to have a good working unit for the rest of the Summer. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Update: 3 years later and a new issue cropped up. I reached out to Todd and he arranged to have a team here the next day which happened to also be the hottest day of the year.

Two of the nicest, friendliest guys walked in and assessed the issue. They immediately found a bad part , tested, and replaced it, and we were back in business in 15 minutes.

I am continually impressed with the high quality, confident staff, and promptness. I will never go anywhere else. This is an absolute excellent company.

My units are just about 20 years old - and while I believe in preventative maintenance, I also didn't want to create an issue that didn't exist. However, Todd assured me I would be in good hands; and he was right!

He did recommend a few parts, but that's to buy more time out of these guys. He fully explained what the detected issues were, why they were issues, and what the recommended fix actions were. At no point did he pressure me - heck, he didn't have to. His clear and concise explanation was all I needed.

Service of this caliber is hard to beat. It feels like other companies are always looking for upsells or to make their entire month's profit on one sale.This isn't like that. This is easy and safe.

I've already told a few of my neighbors about him and I plan on telling many more! I am so thankful to have a professional, quality, trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and punctual HVAC company so close to home. There's literally no reason to go with anyone else.

Our entire central heating and cooling system from the 80's died on us and I knew it was time to replace the system altogether. I wasn't in a hurry as the weather was nice so I started out getting quotes. Todd at Inland Empire Comfort had a very competitive quote for a 2-stage system, which I liked.

Todd and his team were very professional during the install. They were respectful of my property and took caution when removing the old system and installing the new system. Todd set everything up for me, and at the end showed me how everything worked since it was all new technology as compared to my old system.

In addition, Todd helped fix a leaking duct in the attic that he said was a major issue to why the upstairs air pressure was so low. He did recommend having the attic ducts replaced, and I will most likely have him do that work in the coming year.

Finally, Todd helped me get all setup with the city permits, and the city rebate program!

I would recommend Todd and Inland Empire Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Last summer our unit went out and had to be completely replaced. Inland Empire Comfort did such a great job that I referred them to my dad this summer after he had poor luck getting another company out. He was happy to finally get his AC working and found their prices to be very reasonable.

Very fast response! The tech Brad was to my house less than 24hrs after i contacted them to diagnose the issue with my heater. Very happy with their company. Professional, very friendly, and easy to work with!

Brad came out, was very friendly and took time to explain issues and options well in fixing our broken AC. Didn't mind getting sprayed either with a sanitizing spray which was awesome. :) I would definitely recommend this company as Brad even fixed a vent issue which was not part of the tune up. I don't think you'll be disappointed with Inland Empire Comfort.
