They were great. Let us know that the prior repair person had given us the incorrect capacitor, which caused the motor to burn out. Fixed it quickly. Works great now.

Todd was great called us back on a Sunday morning over the Labor day weekend with the tempature being 115. Our air conditioner was not working no cold air.
Todd arrived within 2 hours & fixed our air conditioner being a bad fan that went out. We had cold air so thankful for his service. Todd was very polite & very informative about all work that was done.

Brad was great! He was professional, kind and got the job done, all the things to look for when a business. They will always be the folks I call for my heating and cooling. Only suggestion I have is to make it so folks can pay online via Zelle, samsung or Apple pay. I do not like paying a service fee to a credit card company and I do not have a lot of cash at home. So paying was difficult.

I got scheduled right away and when Brad came over he was polite, professional, and got the job done. He was quick to answer questions I had and explain the whys to those questions and the repairs he was making on the AC unit. These guys are good!

Heating & cooling system upgraded from Bryant to Carrier at no additional cost; Bryant equipment not available until March. Everything installed and tested in 1 long day; they stayed until it was done. Crew friendly and polite; Todd, the owner, very easy to work with. Best investment I ever made! Brought my 1960s home with gas wall heater (no thermastat) and swamp cooler that blew dust throughout my house and needed a backup room air conditioner on humid days) into a very comfortable cooling and heating setting year! And Todd and crew had the whole system installed in one day! Heating and cooling cost slightly more than to old system but It is more than worth the comfort, safety and easy use. Thanks guys!
