Inland Empire Comfort

My A/C was NOT working properly, I called 2 other companies, one was booked solid for days, the other I left a message and never heard back from. I left a message at Inland Empire Comfort and within less than 5 minutes I received a call back from Joe. I explained what I felt was going on with my A/C unit, I thought he was going to tell me the same thing, that they were booked for days, I was so thankful to GOD that I heard him say he could get his technician Brad Vasquez out later the same day within a specific time frame, No Problem for me. The Technician Brad Vasquez was on time, professional, courteous, took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my A/C unit, additionally did not mind me asking questions regarding the work he was doing or explaining it to my son.

Brad was informative, genuine and personable. I felt confident that the job was performed thoroughly and competently. Also, the fee for the service was reasonable. He and Todd even followed up a few days later to see if there were additional questions. Customer service is very important to me and I felt very taken care of and felt like i could trust the work, the quality, education...all of these elements make me feel respected and appreciated as a customer... in turn i pray they felt that their expertise was respected. I always use Inland Empire Comfort. They service my heat/ac system twice a year. I had an emergency once when it was over 100 degrees and Todd came out and fixed it right away.
I feel the company is reliable and trustworthy. Piece of mind is everything.
