I called for an air conditioner that was not working this morning. The company gave me a window of time, kept me informed of the arrival time, and they were on time. The parts that were needed were brought to my attention and the cost of the parts was disclosed prior to any work being done at my home The company was very respectful of my time and my property. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed

I reached Out for help and we had an appointment very quickly. They worked around my schedule. When their technician was on the way, a picture of him was sent to me so I knew Who would be at my door. He arrived and quickly diagnosed my problem, presented the cost of replacement parts and installation, and completed the repair quickly and cleanly. Very helpful and honest. I didn't Feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is unfortunately usually an issue, being a female. I have No complaints and have already recommended them to a friend. Thank you!

I highly recommend Hush Air. Today, Brian installed a new circuit board on our old furnace. I was surprised at how quickly he troubleshooted the problem, ordered the part, and completed the job. The company has great customer service, fair prices, and is honest. They don’t have high pressure sales tactics like another company I dealt with. We are happy to be repeat customers.

Called on 05/01 and they promptly set up an appt for the same day to troubleshoot my AC issues. Brian came out and gave me an assessment of my AC problems. The price sounded fair so I gave the OK to proceed with the fixes. 30 minutes later, AC was back up and running. Brian seems like an honest person and the company was first rate. We are very pleased with Hush Air's installation of our new heat pump system and thermostat. Kash met with us, provided information in a clear, friendly and professional manner, answered all our questions, emailed estimates on different systems for us to consider, and was easy to reach with our additional questions by email or phone. Installers Jorge and Oscar were on time, friendly and professional, and Jorge was helpful in explaining how to operate the thermostat for the system. Hush Air gave us a good price on a good heat pump system, and the documentation provided made it easy for us to apply for and receive rebates from Riverside Public Utilities, too.

Kash, Oscar and Kim provided an excellent experience with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I’m not surprised by their 5 star rating by over 300 clients. I got my 37year old HVACC system replaced within less than a week of the quote. The company has fair prices and incredible financing options if needed. The job was done within 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves, DEMO’d the unit and were kind & respectful. I will be a Hush client for life!

Used Hush Air for new Heater installation and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They were honest and dependable so I now use them for routine maintenance on my AC and Heater units.

AC went out suddenly over holiday weekend. Called Hush's message service @ 7:30 PM on Fri and it was fixed under warranty @ 10:30 AM Sat. I appreciate their quick and considerate service.

Really felt comfortable with Darren for consult and Jorge and Oscar for install. Professional, respectful and down to earth. Never felt like I was trying to be "sold on" something and I highly appreciate the informative and honest approach by Darren. Jorge and Oscar were diligent in their work and very considerate and respectful and made sure all my questions were answered, cleaned up afterwards and even made any door or gate they went thru was locked as before.
