I'm a union plumber and I am familiar with Ductless air systems. Nexgen was very profession. Our Tech. David called before to let me know when he would arrive. David is very professional service tech. He explained everything very well and was very honest! NexGen is lucky to have him as employee! He resolved my issue in a timely manor and I would recommend and nexgen.
Thank you, very much David now my air conditioning is ready for the summer!!!

This was my first time using NextGen and there were honest and helped determine the root of the cause of the issue with the air conditioning unit. Rolando was helpful and extremely professional. I will certainly use this company again.

Had Adrian come by today to do a water heater flush. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before the flush asked if I had any concerns, checked all our faucets shower-heads make sure all the pressure was good after he conducted the water heater flush he walk me around gave some great and reasonable recommendations. Give me a quick overview of my water heater and what certain valves do. Will be definitely using them again.

Manny from NextGen was 100% professional. He was punctual and thorough with the evaluation of our heater. I truly appreciated how he took the time to explain what was going on with the heater and answered all of my questions.
Fortunately, no extensive repairs were required this time, but I will definitely call NextGen in the future for my AC and heating servicing needs.

I had such a great experience today with technician Joseph from NexGen. I was able to get a same day appointment for a AC tune up. He came on time, was very kind, and professional. He changed the air filter and completed the 26 point inspection. He shared his findings, left us with quotes for several options, and made sure we understood we were happy. I will definitely call him back for all future servicing. Thanks Joseph!

SCAM FLYERS THEY SEND OUT!!! BEWARE!!! I received a flyer stating they clear drains for $88, which is a great price—the least expensive I know of is $77, and that’s because we work in property mgmt and the commercial company charges that. Everyone else is a rip off! This guy arrived to clear my vanity sink and told me he’d apply the $88 toward the $211 + other fees he planned to charge!!! Excuse me?? What a racket! Bait and switch. I had him out the door immediately—with his little booties on his shoes and all! He could’ve easily ran 10’ of snake right down my drain, I would’ve gladly paid the $88 and given a 5-Star review. But they couldn’t help themselves. When I called them, I also scheduled HVAC maintenance, which is a different department and date for them. The claim is also $88 for a “tune-up” and new filter. Let’s see if they keep their promise on that next…

Michael (technician) was very thorough and took his time to evaluate our HVAC system. He made various recommendations with many options tailored to meet our budget and needs. This experience was a very honest business approach which made us feel comfortable with his company's integrity! I would recommend NexGen to my friends and neighbors!

We had a great experience with NexGen, Desi was wonderful. He was nice, respectful of our property, talked us through everything he had to do and how it worked after he was done. Mede very sure everything was working properly with zero issues before he left. We had some quite costly work that needed to be done and they were fairly priced for the work. In our case it was time sensitive work as well and they were able to come out and get it done the next day!

We were very happy with the service call and especially, David, our technician. Honest diagnosis and a fair price. We had a blocked ac drain line. Another contractor diagnosed it as a slab leak and wanted to charge us $14k to repipe the house, even though the ac drain line problem would have been obvious when he looked in the attic. We could not be happier with NexGen. So glad we called.
