They cover all the bases and their technicians are knowledgeable and certified. The technician Rolando was extremely professional and helpful and even took pictures of all potential issues.
I recommend Nexgen and Rolando to all my friends and associates.

The technician was punctual and very professional. He explained every step of the service. There was no pressure to purchase anything. My unit didn’t need anything. Next service could be a year or two. I would highly recommend this company and the technician.

Overall a great experience - Felipe was so knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We needed a clean and tuneup of the AC as first time homeowners before the heat wave. We’ll get some minor repairs and likely sign up for the maintenance plan to keep things up kept over time. Thank you Felipe!!!

Not only were you very communicative to me and calling me to follow up on my status and appointment, but your professionalism and attentive to my financial status was more than I could ask for . Mr. Patrick Cordova was very professional and highly knowledgeable answering all of my concerns and questions and went out of his way for me to make me happy. You stand as the flagship of all the other air conditioner companies on your price and your classy technicians and that is one anecdote that I didn't want to go on without any recognition. BRAVO!

Our Technician Victor, was professional, and timely. Victor went above and beyond to service us... We needed an additional part for our A/C system service.

Victor left, and said he would return within 30 minutes, to pick up a filter that was needed, and that's exactly what he did, and finished job timely.
