NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

Philipe came and was here over1 hour. He inspected everything and told me what the problems are with my 19 year old furnace and 30 year old AC and what my options are. He explained everything thoroughly and he is very friendly.

They offered me a free inspection of my AC unit. Not gonna lie, I was a little wary, having had experiences with other companies where the tech tries to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. But this was an absolutely great experience. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and really taught me a lot about the system and how to maintain it properly so that it will run for years and years. I’ll definitely be using NEXGEN when my system needs service.

They are pros and know what they’re doing. But I just wanted the yearly maintenance service and I felt like the only reason they were there was to up sell me into buying a new unit. Could I use an upgrade? At some point sure. But everything is working fine. It’s Like the guys were more salesmen then AC guys.

We called Nextgen and they sent David out the same day. He was right on time, super professional and explained everything in a way we could understand. Thanks so much! We’ll be calling back for all our ac needs!

Justin was great. I also had a new issue come up and he explained everything perfectly and provided several options. As a member he and his manager really tried to give me the best deal. Great company to work with!

Justin came out to see what was going on with my HVAC unit and provided a preliminary diagnosis. Probably better to do a full replacement, so he turned me over to the Project Manager. Great professional service and 100% on time. A+

Robbie, came out to give our 3 year old AC/Heating system a checkup. He'll be returning since I was pressed for time, however, Robbie was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me a good idea of what issue I might be facing. I so appreciate the time spent under the time restaints and I look forward to him being able to provide the full diagnosis.

Justin was the technician we met. He was very personable, polite and friendly. He provided photos and explained the issues we had and was very thorough with recommending a solution. They started the work the next day. Very prompt and efficient response.

We needed to remove some sink fixtures that were not working. Alfonso arrived in the time frame that was promised. He assessed the problem and had the tools to work on the problem immediately. He took the time to explain the work and showed me the pieces from my sink. He was courteous and honest. Great guy! Thanks, NexGen.
