I have a service plan with Kahn. Conrado Faral has been out twice so far and he always does a great job. He is on time and efficient and goes out of his way to explain to me what he discovers in east-to-understand terms. He’s also very patient with my many loud chihuahuas! I highly recommend Conrado and Kahn.

Been using this company since we bought both A/C Compressor and Furnace to replace our 20 year old systems. Company has been excellent in their overall service. And we always ask for Conrad, as he is a very knowledgeable technician and very detailed. We have a maintenance program for both A/C and Heater yearly and are very satisfied with the service they provide.

Kahn Air is amazing! call last week about getting a new AC unit because my 30+year old unit wasn't working anymore. With this heat it was really uncomfortable to be in the house. I contacted them last Friday got a quote that same afternoon like the price they were giving me so I went ahead and made the deal happen. I thought I was going to be out of an AC for another month. Come Monday I get a call from the front desk that they ordered the new unit and they should install it by Thursday. I was promised a timer at 8 in the morning for installation and they were here before 8 today amazing! Very polite. Straight to work. They cared about my house they put drop cloth on the floor so they wouldn't drag in dirt, they were very clean! I did feel bad because it was so hot and they were on the roof. For replacing a new unit they worked fast! I am very pleased with there work and my house was up in running in no time! My house is nice and cool! I even got a high tech thermostat! I love there work! Very professional I would recommend them to everyone. The photo of the thermostat is right when it was installed. So glad I have AC now

We have been using Kahn Air Conditioning for many years to maintain our AC and heating units. They are simply the best and most honest company around. In particular, we always have Ronnie come out to do this work and he is extremely knowledgeable and just an amazing, kind, and professional technician. Kahn Air and Ronnie are the best hands down!

Not happy with this company. They were called to come out and diagnose an air conditioning unit not working. This occurred when there was an electrical malfunction in the system. Twice they came out and the total bill was an outrageous $750 that did not fix the problem but did give a price of $8500 to replace the condenser. I complained to their manager and the repairman came out for free this time informing the compressor was bad and could not be replaced because they were no longer made and that the condenser unit needed to be replaced for$8500 with credit from the original service call. I called another company in the valley. The owner came out and confirmed that the compressor was bad and replace said compressor the following day. I was also informed that the $2600 condenser could be replaced for $4200 complete with removal and recharge plus minor parts. He apologized for some in the industry that take advantage of the customers.
Response to owner of company that did not investigate with service manager: Culbertson is the customer's name, and I am the son in law who spoke with the service manager and the serviceman. Flat rate pricing cannot be defended as a business practice as it fully takes advantage of customers.

My 2-zone A/C condenser's fan started to turn on and off about a week ago so no cold air was running throughout my home during a heat wave. I work from home in my 2nd floor office and it was about 84°, which made it very hard to focus on anything. Kahn AC quickly responded to my online appointment request, sent out a tech (Ronnie) the next day to diagnose the problem and Dan provided a work proposal later that same day.
My coil needed to be replaced due to a leak, however, when the problem still persisted, Kahn was incredibly attentive and sent over techs (Ronnie & Gil) to resolve the additional problem. I am signing up for Kahn's biannual maintenance plan as their customer service and technical proficiency is second to none, highly recommend!
