Kahn Air Conditioning

As usual since I purchased a Kahn A/C + Heater unit ~4 years ago to replace the original 1977's, I am very pleased with Kahn staff & service, and the reliable performance of my units.
Including today with George Velasquez, who has done my maintenance check for the last 3 seasons. He's a Dear man, as well as Skilled.

All of my experiences with Kahn, dating back to 1990 when I first worked with them as a commercial property manager and brought them on board to provide preventative maintenance on a office building have been quite positive. I have since used them on other commercial properties as well as my last 2 homes.

Their service technicians have proven to be quite competent in correctly diagnosing whenever any of the HVAC system was found not be running properly.

Best of all I honestly cannot ever recall feeling that any of Kahn's service techs ever attempted to "oversell" me replacement mechanical equipment, but rather advising me I consider having them switch out some parts, instead of replacing the larger component which they one few different occasions assured me still had few more years of use.

Kahn Air conditioning was very responsive! Before Kahn AC, I called two other places and one responded the next day and the other two weeks later...anyhow, Kahn AC sent over Conrad the same day I called. My heater wasn't working because I didn't install a common wire for my Nest thermostat and Conrad figured it out immediately. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my HVAC as well as problems I may need to fix in the future. Luckily the wires were already installed so he just had to check which wire was the common wire. It cost $150, a little steep, but I didn't have the time or effort to do all that myself so I thought the value was just ok..it cost $95 for them to come out and diagnose and whatever extra they have to do the 95 goes toward the extra work. If they just charged the 95, I felt it would have been worth it since the problem was just due to my stupidity. But Conrad was nice so I figured it was nice tip money. Also I felt bad since he had to climb the roof twice was about 50+ years old. He even wore slip-ons over his shoes since I live in an Asian household. Ha ha. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the work quality and cleanliness of Conrad.

Gilberto showed up promptly and was very professional and considerate putting on booties to protect my floors. He was very honest as to the status of my elderly FAU/HVAC but he knows I want to try to keep it as long as I can so he did not pressure me to replace at this time which I greatly appreciate.
