I had an air conditioning emergency. It was Friday night 7pm in the middle of a pandemic. It was 85 degrees in my home, and I wasn't able to leave due to the SAFE AT HOME lockdown. Kahn Air to the rescue! I am beyond grateful to George Velasquez. He was an amazing technician. He came over right away, wearing a mask, and quickly found the issue. It was a broken valve. This company has been my service company for over thirty years and the source of all heating and cooling equipment during that time frame. the most recent service technician was friendly, pleasant and easy to communicate. he seemed to be very knowledgeable and answered all questions.and took care of the semi-annual maintenance check-up.
