Ramiro was on time, very efficient, polite, knowledgeable and thorough with the winter service on my aging Carrier heat pump. Everything check out very well. I will continue to use Khan A/C to perform twice-yearly service on this equipment which they installed 36 years ago and have kept running well for all these year.

Ronnie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very honest and explained everything clearly to us regarding our HVAC issue. We also appreciated the fact that he took into consideration COVID-19 pandemic and wore booties for his shoes as well as a mask and gloves and was very clean in his process. Khan Air installed our central air and I feel that we can trust them with our service needs.

We bought a Carrier brand AC unit from Kahn Air Conditioning a few years ago and have been very happy with the unit and the service technicians sent to our home. Today, I had a new service technician named Conrad arrive at my home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable when talking with me about my air conditioning. Air conditioner went out and called for an appointment. They scheduled me for the next day. The service technician called prior to arrival. He was neat, clean, polite, and placed shoe covers on. He diagnosed the problem with the cooling unit, and showed the BO part(s) prior to repair. He went above just repairing the BO part(s), and looked at the entire system. Because of the age of the system, he pointed out some issues that may arise. My wife was comfortable with the technician. I have been using Kahn for 27 years, and they are the company who installed the system in the house. The Kahn family has always met our needs, and we are very satisfied.

Our experience since we booked an appointment to service our AC/Heating system with Kahn Air Conditioning has been great. The service tech Ronnie was so good, knowledgeable and obliging. Service was very timely and precise. Would recommend Kahn Air Conditioning to everyone.

Conrad had a great attitude, was willing to explain what the problem was and explained the solution. Was ok with me asking lots of questions. Really happy about the service provided. Cost was reasonable. Kahn has been the best for the past 17+ years. Happy Camper.

However the person @ your office lied when I inquired if Gil & George could make the appointment ? I was informed that they no longer worked @ Kahn, the statement was disturbing as they are technicians that inspire confidence & I thought perhaps Kahn had changed for the worse ? After being a client for many years, her statement was of some concern and if she did not know I would have appreciated candor not subterfuge as it reflects badly on Kahn !

Ronnie has been out several times and has always been clean and personable on the job. We depend on Kahn Air to keep our systems working dependably. Kahn Air is Great & so is Ronnie Perez!

My Technician Manny was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering all my questions (while he was working ).
