This is my first time using their service. Felipe, the service agent came by look at everything and explained to me everything very well. Vincent from Next Gen was friendly and professional, explaining things in easy ways to understand. You can tell that he has a lot of knowledge and expertise the way that he explains all of his findings from the tune up and inspection. Definitely recommend Vincent and will follow up with him to do the recommended repairs for our HVAC system. Thanks Vincent!

The service was great! Customer service was amazing! The gentleman that helped me as really professional and willing to understand my situation. His name was Jose. Also the lady who helped make the appointment was super nice as well. She was patient with me and was super friendly. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will continue on using this company for my future projects.

After nearly 30 years, our HVAC is on its last legs and needed to be checked out. Justin arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and explained the repairs that were needed in a clear and understandable way.

We are in the process of scheduling the repair work, but so far I'm very happy with their attention to detail and customer service.

They did an HVAC installation. Yasmine explained everything before the installation, and all the workers were very efficient, and did an excellent job. They even helped me set up the thermostat app. Highly recommend NexGen.

Art from Nexgen Anaheim was really awesome! I don't usually write a review but after 3 months and 4 HVAC companies, Art was the only one who could figure out and resolve the airflow problem actually within 5 minutes he walked into the door.

My problem was that airflow was strong in bedroom but no airflow in living room, all these other companies cannot resolve or figure out the issue. Art came in and explained how airflow worked, adjusted it from the unit, helped to check the system and coil, and reseal the unit. He made sure everything worked before he left.

The whole visit was only 15 mins and he resolved the issue 4 others companies cannot resolved in 3 months. This is my best experience so far.

Jose was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and open about our heating equipment. He found the problem and repaired it with great expertise. Everything he did was photographed. At the end of the service, he cleaned up and reviewed all the photographs with us. He made several suggestions for continued use of our aging system, but did not try and push us into any newer system. We will use NexGen again.

Excellent work. Pablo Ortuno and Miguel Ocampo were on time. Guys performed an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and clients. Very professional!

Technician Art was so professional and informative. Helped us understand the importance of maintenance and future options. Charged $0 for the visit, very understanding.... thank you 100x. Can't wait to have him back next time for tuning-up my HVAC system.
