    AC went out at 90 degrees out over the weekend, and found out my previous air conditioning company went out of business. Googled and yelped, found NexGen, called and registered at 840am, and after a couple simple back and forth confirmations, a technician came out before 3pm the same day. Fabulous!!!!! Adrian is very knowledgeable and professional, and very very nice. He spotted my plumbing issue and connected me with their plumbing service as well. Highly highly recommend to anyone in Arcadia and others if you have NexGen in your areas. Thanks for the fast and fit fix to my problem! Stay open and keep the great business you run forever!

    Wonderful experience!! Justin was on-time, courteous, professional, very detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done to get my air conditioning working in optimal capacity.     These guys are professional and honest.
    I highly recommend them! Tommy and his crew Lukas and Mike came out and quickly diagnose the source of a pipe leak that cause water to seep out of the expansion joints of my concrete driveway.     This was my first time using NexGen HVAC/ Plumbing and I was truly blown away by the great service. The technician (Michael) explained every step he did while he completed the maintenance of my AC/ Heating system. He made the whole experience very simple and I like how he answered every question I had. He really knew what he was talking about. The service I received today was professional, friendly, and most importantly I genuinely believe they care about their customers. If anyone is on the fence, I highly recommend you just call them and see for yourself. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you again Michael for today!

    Terrible service. Requested an estimate for diagnostics for my HVAC system. Called and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, informed her of my concern, at which time the receptionist booked an appointment for 7/5/23 and since the company wanted to acquire me as a customer, she would waive the home fee . I waited and then was contacted by the technician who told me the inspection fee could not be waived. No service visit, missed day for nothing. This company is dishonest, unprofessional and not worth my business. Completely dissatisfied.

    David Delgado was AMAZING. if I could offer 1 billion stars, I would. He was so informative, pleasant, professional and overall a great representation for this company.     DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! This company is great…. At nickel and diming theirs customers at every turn. I was simply trying to get my water heater, furnace and a/c system for two of my properties serviced for their yearly maintenance and decided to use NexGen.

    NexGen came out and found something wrong with everything. I let them talk me into spending $50,000 to replace everything. One would think that a customer spending that much money would be treated decently and fairly but sadly that was not the case.

    The workers they hire vary from unprofessional to decent but weigh much more heavily on the unprofessional side. This company has a habit of scheduling you early in the morning for an 8am to 9am window and showing up hours later.

    The plumbers who installed my water heater also took an hour and a half lunch break which very excessive. After everything was installed, I immediately lost all water pressure and was unable to access any hot water.

    When I called Customer Service, I requested to speak to a manager. The Customer Service Representative told me Jorge was “in a meeting and would call me back.” Two hours later I had not received a call. I called back again and was able to get ahold of a different manager named Vanessa. Vanessa informed me Jorge wasn’t even in the office or at work that day. So now this company has integrity issues and does nothing when their employees blatant lie to their customers.

    Vanessa swore to get these issues resolved and two hours later I was contacted by a different manager. I can’t even remember this persons name because of all of the people I’ve had to deal with regarding this issue.

    The new manager informed me he would send someone to fix the problem free of charge (Which is what I figured “Lifetime Warranty” implied).

    Unfortunately I have to work double shifts until I can pay off all of this work NexGen insisted I needed. The only day I could schedule NexGen to come out was on May 27th, 3 weeks after the fact after I had to cancel plans I already had scheduled.

    After all of this, I receive a text today on May 12th at 6:15pm stating NexGen is going to be at my house May 13th. I had to call Customer Service immediately to correct this issue stating that this was THE WRONG DAY and that the correct day was May 27th.

    The Customer Service Representative simply blamed their error “on a glitch.”

    This company is absolutely horrible and I regret spending so much of my hard earned money listening to these people, being taken completely advantage of and being treated horribly.

    Please learn from my mistake and find LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE for your HVAC and plumbing needs!!!

    Update: Upon receiving this review, NexGen sent Yazmin, one of their managers to speak with me and my wife directly in person. Yazmin was very professional and helpful when it came to addressing all of our issues we’ve been having. She even went as far as to let us know she would be reviewing all the calls between us and the Communication Center. It is unfortunate that there is some lack of communication between the Communication Center and the In-Field Technicians and I would highly recommended NexGen take a serious look into how they can better improve their Communication Center. NexGen definitely needs more employees like Yazmin. Thanks to her help and assistance I have changed my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. If anyone ever has any issues with NexGen I highly recommend asking to speak with Yazmin
