NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

I do NOT recommend their plumbing department, I did a complete repiping of my house and a tankless water heater. They were quick to do the install which was great. What hasn't been great is getting them to complete the project. My plumbing failed the inspection for the second time this week, inspector said the dry wall needs to be replaced. Been waiting 4 days for NexGen to call me and schedule that, I have called but scheduling is where the call line puts you through and they can only relay the message. I am pretty sure the hole in my shower on a wooden beam is a big risk of growing mold or something but it's open and NexGen likes to send me on a wild goose chase to fix issues. There's been more issues but this is just the most recent of the technician saying it's a me problem and not NexGen issue. They're great for installing, not good in finishing and getting you to the finish line. This is night and day from the AC and heating side.

Christian and Marc were very helpful. I called to set up a yearly furnace tune-up and they were able to come the very next day. Nexgen is very good keeping you updated through text messages. Christian showed up in the time window and he examined my furnace and ducts. My furnace was over 29 years old so I am always scared and this year my fear came true. My furnace was a mess of a cracked heat exchanger, wires being cut and combined with banana nuts, among other ducting issues that previous HVAC companies have mentioned. Christian took pictures of everything and also showed me while he was examining so I could understand the problems. He also offered to Google search each issue so I may see further. Marc, his manager, came though to examine the crack and also go over options I had with a new furnace/AC. We were able to pick a system I liked and originally I wasn't planning on getting a new one but Marc helped bring the price down to a number I was comfortable with. They started the next day and currently doing demo. The demo crew has been very polite and courteous of the house.

NexGen was amazing, they were professional when setting up appointment. Technician Pedro was professional, knowledgeable and gave me multiple options to correct issue with my AC unit. He checked all possible issues before diagnosing the problem. I will definitely be using NexGen again in the future.

Aaron Dalton and his service easy 10/10. He fixed my clogged shower in no time and was very knowledgeable about everything plumbing. Highly recommend using them. Great service and price.

Thr tech was pleasant and had to call his supervisor to confirm the problem. We were offered two options for our water heater but the cost was way out of our price range. We did not use them this time.

Technician manny and his supervisor was professional and great attitude, overall maintenance was great and they explained to you along the way to make sure you well understand what is going on with your home. 100% satisfied with their service!

From calling the main office of Nextel up to the coming of the Service men (Tommy & Paul) are very professional. Honest and trustworthy on their word and action. They really know what they are doing, readily suggests solution to the problem. They even went beyond their work to solve the problem of my plumbing. I had the tech Marcus he was very polite he was very thorough he even wore booties in the house he found what was wrong with my unit fixed it all and an excellent job.

Jose was wonderful. He was friendly and asked wonderful questions about our service request. He clearly explained the issue, solutions, and what he recommended. I would highly recommend NexGen to any home owner.

Tim and Dylin were both very knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of our hvac system and found some alarming oversights by the home builder.

We signed up as a member with Nexgen, so we will be using them for all our future service needs.
