We contacted NEXGEN for our preventative maintenance on our HVAC unit and a technician by the name of Michael was assigned to our call.
Michael was awesome, really friendly, great with dogs but most importantly, he was very knowledgeable. He answered every question and made a few recommendations to prolong the life of our unit.

( Service technician) I recommend thoroughly in every aspect of professionalism has a very gentle non-harrasing demeanor I appreciated his transparency in everything regarding products I was interested in purchasing. His manager Marcuss Williams was very accommodating with pricing and honored Veterans discount. This company I recommend to anyone who's interested serving AC/Heating units or scrubbing systems.
