Technician George arrived greeted me and asked if I have problems or questions. He then started to check my HVAC system, He diagnosed that I would need to upgrade my ducts do age . Good service and good diagnosis.

Great customer service even though I cancelled their service *NOT DUE to NeXGeN might I add but due to my apartment maintenance people doing their job* anyways they were helpful and delighted that my service issue was resolved. Definitely come here to be taken care of like family!

I had the honor to meet Dave, Dave came out to our residence in Menifee, CA. on October 20, 2020. Dave introduced himself and Welcomed Dave into our home to sit down and talk with my wife and I what we were looking for in a Home A/C system. Dave gave my wife and I the best option for the size of our home and the value of the A/C system our home would best require. Today October 22, 2020 Nex Gen Technicians arrived to our home for the installation. My wife and I want to say Thank You to Albert and Hugo for your quality of workmanship and professionalism for installing our new Nexgen Home A/C. My wife and I are grateful to all of Nex Gen staff for making and providing our home with the best A/C home unit. As a Army Veteran my wife being a Army spouse and holding down the home front while duty called, we have each other and our dedication to one another and country has given us the opportunity to appreciate and realized the gratitude that fills our life's. The Technician came and was able to repair the broken Capacitor in 18 mins! Too bad our HVAC system is only 7 months old and we’re already having to do repair on a new system...good thing NEXGEN gives 10 years warranty on equipment!!!

Very polite and professional. One gentleman did Heater maintenance the other fixed water flow from Kitchen faucet, & flush handle was fixed in downstairs bathroom.
