Although I didn’t purchase the product I just wanted to say Morgan was great!! He shared a lot of good information. He was patient and kind and he followed through on everything he said he would do. I would trust him to do an excellent job installing the unit.

Earlier I called Sears, and Home Depot repair services, Home Depot’s contractor never showed up, but Sears repair man came and from start he started to read heater manual to understand how he could operate the heating system, after hour I asked Sears technician to leave before further damage to unit.
But Since Mr. Mark “the NEXGEN’s technician” arrived I realized that the heater will be fixed in most efficient and satisfactory levels, Mr Mark knew from start how to trouble shot the system step by step, he found problems from start, informed me about repair costs as well as short and long term repair alternatives.
Mr Mark not only was an exceptional and knowledgeable technician, he also was so polite and courteous. I got my lifetime AC/Heating/plumbing technician and he is Mr Mark.

Anytime I have called NexGen for service they have arrived on the same day and provided excellent customer service fixing my AC, Furnace and now my duct work.

They arrived at the appointed time, came in clean, with shoe covers, mats to cover all floors where they were going to be. Told us what they were going to do and then did it. They were completely finished before their estimated completion time. There were 2 people and they each worked independently until everything was completed.
They were polite and easy to work with.
The office called when they said they would explained things they needed and thanked us for using their company.

I decided to write my first review so that the Nex Gen company and soon-to-be customers know that we are very happy with the service and our new flex duct system. Special thanks to Marcus' leadership, we met one of their friendly and professional Technician who provided us with exceptional customer service. His name is Morgan. Morgan is very knowledgeable about Nex Gen products, services, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the best solutions to our needs. Morgan is a great asset to the Nex Gen company and deserved to be recognized as one of the valuable key employees. For installation, ask for Gabriel/Lead. Gabriel is also very knowledgeable and extremely pays attention to detail. So for the soon-to-be customers, I recommend calling Nex Gen company and ask for these folks mentioned above.

Victor Medina was on time and answered all our questions. He did a proper inspection and provided us with solutions. We highly recommend!

Johnathan was on time, polite, and fixed our air conditioning problem. We had a house full of little kids while he was doing the repairs and he didn’t mind them at all. Our air conditioning is working great now. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help fixing their air conditioner. 💯

The service technicians were on time, friendly, professional, and even wore their masks, due to COVID-19. They did an awesome job installing the unit, along with top-notch quality work and their cleaning-up was a plus. A few days prior to the install we discussed the price, therefore, we would like to give a big shout-out to the manager for working with us. Even the ladies at the office were sweet, helpful, and caring! We have already been recommending NexGen Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing to all our family and friends! Christian showed up on time and was very friendly and informative. Took the time to talk to me and explain my system to me and gave me recommendations without being pushy. I’ll be back for some of those recommendations very soon!
