I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the recent service provided by your technician, Alex Garcia. Alex recently repaired our AC capacitor and cleaned up our unit, and I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

From the moment Alex arrived at our home, he exhibited a high level of professionalism. He was punctual, polite, and respectful. He listened attentively to our concerns and took the time to explain the issues with our AC capacitor in a way that was easy for us to understand. His friendly demeanor and approachable nature immediately put us at ease.

Alex’s technical skills were truly impressive. He demonstrated a deep understanding of HVAC systems and quickly diagnosed the problem with our capacitor. His repair work was efficient and effective, restoring our AC unit to optimal performance. Furthermore, he meticulously cleaned up the area after completing the repairs, leaving no trace of his work behind.

I contacted this company after finding them through Yelp and reading several five star reviews. Our plumber, Larry Acuna, contacted me in advance to confirm the appointment and introduce himself. Upon arrival, he asked me several questions to understand what the issue was (low water pressure and water not getting hot), and detailed what he was going to do to determine root causes of the issues that I was having and then provide recommendations and possible options. He was very detailed in telling me what his process was going to be, when he was going to do it and updated me on his discoveries. He was very mindful coming in and out of the house, he was intentional in telling me that he did not want to tracked dirt into the house, and wore coverings over his shoes. He went above and beyond and tested my water quality, assessed the quality and integrity of my current equipment, and then provided personal recommendations from a professional standpoint. He offered advise and guidance o. what I could do going forward to resolve the issues and future prevention. He also uncovered a separate water leak issue that we weren't unaware of and took pictures/videos of what he found underneath the house. Overall, it was a really great experience, he was very professional, honest, and seemed very experienced/educated in his trade and provided a great customer experience.

Recently I had Michael A out to my home to help diagnose my old air conditioning system. Michael determined that the system was the old R22 coolant and was leaking, and that repairing the system was going to be very costly at the point it was at. Due to the age of the equipment and the multiple issues Michael found, i determined to go ahead and replace the unit. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend Michael to help with any and all of your AC needs! Five stars for Michael and for NexGen!!

It's my pleasure to share about the fantastic service I received today from NexGen HVAC & Plumbing, first from Clemente and Marco. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and informative. They flushed my water heater, examined my all fixtures and plumbing, explained the current conditions of the faucets throughout the house, and tested my water from my tap and reverse osmosis system. Finally, they took photos and suggested a water system that will improve the filtration throughout my whole house. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I like to post a second review for Jason who came to inspect my HVAC system. He checked the unit inside and out, being thoughtful by asking which entrances to use, and answered all my questions about using my thermostat properly. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m happy to rate his performance as excellent, as well as post his photo below.

Michael A came out to service my AC unit. He helped to diagnose what was going on and why it wasn’t cooling properly. He did a great job repairing the unit and getting back to normal. Thank you Nexgen!

I called NexGen for help with cleaning my sewer line. They were able to send someone the next day. David DeLarosa called in the morning to confirm the arrival time. He was right on time and ready to understand what help I needed. David was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some options. He cleaned out my sewer line and then double checked his work to make sure the problem was solved. Will definitely recommend NexGen and ask for David DeLarosa for your plumbing needs.

We noticed a leak in our kitchen so I called NexGen to take a look and I’m thankful I did. Jesse V was the plumber assigned to our call and he was awesome. He was super thorough during his inspection, and fixed the leak quickly so no further damage was done to our property. Jesse also had a lot of experience and gave us recommendations on how we could help extend the life of our pipes and appliances as well as reduce the risk of similar issues down the road which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using NexGen again and would highly recommend!

Andrew came out today to do summer maintenance, he was super knowledgeable and honest. Showed me tons of pictures of my system and made it easy to understand. Andrew made recommendations and I made sure to do what he recommended! Definitely using Nexgen again!!!

Jason was wonderful to work with. He was so professional and educated me on the issues our AC was having. He did everything he could to tune it up before recommending the other work we needed done which he explained in detail. I would highly recommend using NexGen for any HVAC/heating-plumbing services!
