We had a great experience using this company. Booking the appointment was easy. We got a call 30 minutes before our appointment time. As well as some reminder text messages, which were very helpful. The technician was extremely professional. He made recommendations and follow through with all of his commitments. We would definitely use this company again.

Kelly, Karen & Alejandro were a joy to work with. Kelly explained why the make and model of the furnace she recommended was the best for our house since we were replacing a 47 yr. old unit & leaving the ductwork intact. Karen made sure that we were updated as changes occurred& helped to expedite the installation so that we would have heat before the impending cold spell arrived. Alejandro completed the installation in a professional & timely fashion & took care to clean up afterwards. Also, the attention to detail on the proposal& throughout the whole process was much appreciated. We won't hesitate to use Air Concepts again if the need arises.

Mark the technician is knowledgeable and friendly. He came few times before and knows my systems and did a thorough check on all the units.
