Haven Air Conditioning

Saw Haven was now providing dryer vent/duct cleaning and we were due. Sean came ahead of the time noted and the office let me know per a text and email. Sean was professional and friendly. He took his time to clean out the dryer vent and duct. He ensured the aluminum connection tube was secured in place with no leaks or loss of pressure. Haven continues to be an excellent service provider for our heating/cooling and duct needs.

We have used Haven (Mighty Ducts) for several years to keep our old heating and AC system running. The time finally came to replace the 29-year-old system. The Haven team is fantastic, from Julien making the first assessment to Andreas providing us with several options and their terrific installation team. They were on time, extremely polite, always took the time to explain what they were doing, and vacuumed and cleaned up all work areas at the end of every day. Thank you to Matt, Ryan, Danny, Edgar, and Christian. They are pleasant to be around and have excellent communication skills, which gave us the utmost confidence in their work.

I have loved my decision to get my AC and heat pump system, along with upstairs ducting system, installed. They have all been very professional and I have a completely electric heating and cooling system. Sean has don’t my maintenance today and was on time, professional, and went above and beyond and partially cleans my dryer vent bc it was possibly effecting one of my units. They receive my highest of recommendations!

Sean Don was very efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing as he worked. Once Sesn finished the work, he explained what service we would need in the future and what should be taken care of right away. He took pictures and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.

We recently installed a brand new comfort system in our home through Haven after 5 years of not having AC. We’ve done a ton of remodeling and contractor work in our home over the years and Haven was probably the friendliest and most professional team of people we’ve ever worked with, no cap. From the initial contact with the office staff all the way through the installation technicians, they were truly the best. I wish they did more than just AC work…I would call them over to help me with everything in my house lol

Sean is the best! Height level of professionalism. Explained clearly in details the process shared the video of the process afterwards. Cleaned up all the space checked the thing works 3 times. Worth every single penny!

I had a new HVAC system installed last year. I tech came out today to inspect the system and make sure everything is working properly. This is a standard thing for new systems. Was here for about a half hour checking the system and didn't try to up-sell me anything. I'm very happy with their service.
