Called this company to come out and fix our Ice Machine, not only did we pay for the service, but they charged us an extra service 2 days later, and again 5 days later. Stating they needed to clean our Ice machine, very strange how I asked for an explanation of the triple service calls and why the extra cost? No one could explain why. Also, our ice machine that was so called cleaned was fifthly!!!!
Lastly, instead of explaining the calls/service since we needed new parts that would of been more business for Ramco, management said I will write off the bill of $470.00 and go find someone else to do the work for you. I was shocked since all we wanted was an explanation of the bills since we already paid the 1st service and the 2nd service was to clean the machine that was NEVER cleaned!!!! It would be very embarrassing for the company if I would show the pictures online.

Michael AC technician came out on short notice to help disconnect HVAC unit. Super polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly got to work in an organized fashion to disconnect our unit and meanwhile diagnosed some potential issues with a 15 yr old unit. Shrink wrapped and stowed my unit in prep for other construction prior to reconnection. Thanks a bunch for your help and professionalism!

Now that Ramco has me on a regular maintenance schedule, none of my equipment has broken down or been out of commission during my busy (even during Covid) summer season. Such a stress reliever! I would recommend this plan to any restaurant manager/owner!

I was recommended by hoshizaki ice machine company as a service center. I sent a email 1 week ago, and no-one responded at all. I left two times voice mails, and no one called me back. I called third time, and the representative said that we have no longer take a new customer service because we are too busy to take a new customer. Dose this company good in commonsense? I will ask the hoshizaki to remove this service center in ca for sure.

Charged me for hours of work and $500 later still no ac working and said they will get back to me. Never did, I called back to complain and all I got was attitude and told that the manager was off that day. I hired another company to get the job done. What a joke!
