I had a great experience with West Coast Energy. They installed a condenser, high-efficiency furnace, thermostat, a new breaker, and repaired some existing duct. They showed up on time, completed the work as promised, and followed-up later to ensure everything was right and tight. Later, when another contractor damaged a duct in my attic, I called the people I trust to fix it. Having hired a couple bad contractors over the years, I appreciate WCE even more.

then she was able to get us air-conditioning right away because it was the hottest summer and we were suffering not only with grief but with heat as well
everything was quick and fast and very expedient

Fast response, friendly manner (both receptionist and technician), prompt and successful repair. All in all: professional and reasonable Service.

Really professional, no bs up sell like others. Recommend them to all my family and friends. Won't hesitate to use them again if ever needed. So happy to have then as my goto company for all my hvac needs. Kinda wish their business involved more than hvac because I love working with them.

Replaced our AC unit. The owner is great... Came over gave me a truthful explanation of my problem & even tips on small things I could do myself. After having a dozen of AC people over, could tell this guy was honest. If you need a new AC call these guys

Have been using West Coast Energy for yearly maintenance and also to move my compressor location. Staff is always friendly and technicians are thorough and explain everything in detail.

Whoever they have answering the phones is very nasty and rude. There is absolutely no need to be disrespectful, especially if you're representing your company. I wish i would have gotten her name. .....You're never too important to be nice sweetie!!!
