I reached out to Nextgen to replace my HVAC unit. I had gotten a competing quote from a large reputable AC company in the area but since I had a family member with a prior experience with NextGen I decided to inquire with them as well as they repeatedly advertise a price match policy and advertise it all over their webpage and in their hold times on the phone. I provided the competing quote to them, which matched the equipment, warranty (actually warranty offered was 1 year longer by competitor) and scope of work. From the beginning Kevin the sales manager seemed like he was hesitant to honor their own company policy stating the competitor was "too small" (even though they had over 700 yelp reviews) and they have review "cut-offs" or sometimes people "know" the competitor, it's their "uncle" or another excuse was obviously they wouldn't be able to price something that's half off for example. None of these exceptions applied. First, he said I need to find a larger competitor and when I pointed out the competing bid was from someone with 700 reviews he reluctantly inquired further to contact the competitor to include warranty info in the competing bid. Needless to say after all that time and efforted wasted on my part, with the price difference was only 2k for a 14K job, he said he would not honor it and to go with the competitor. Its not like I presented them with a staggering 50% price. When I asked if there was a competitor whose price they would accept he said no. So their price match policy is a complete business SHAM and false advertising on repeat by their owner. What a waste of my energy and disrespectful of my time.
Eddy was amazing. Walked us through with pics and explanations of everything. Gave us all of our options and recommendations and performed the service same day. Granted, my 2 yo had to go down for a nap, and they offered to schedule to come back later that day, or the next morning. So appreciative of the understanding of young kids. Thanks for all your help!!
I have used Nexgen for 3rd time now, and like as always, I highly recommend them. David was very good in explaining and very understanding. He was on time and everything was done on time as promised. Once again "thank you".

DoubleD from Nextgen was the tech that came out to my home to perform the yearly AC tuneup. This guys was on time and very professional. When DoubleD was finished with his inspection and AC tuneup, he went over in details of what he found and provided me with the information that I needed to move forward with now or for the future if I decided to repair or replace the unit.
long story short, NEXGEN was tasked with repairing my dad's plumbing problem. Initially my dad's shower drain was backed up and required some extensive repairs. Once the problem was located, a leak was discovered which had resulted in black mold to form behind the walls. This required a specialist to come in and remove all the mold over the next 5 days. Once the mold was removed the repairs to the drain system took over 3 months to finish the project. Overall, my dad was billed $57,000 to repair the shower, pipes, replace the walls, flooring and move the window. Problems encountered were wrong permit, no permit to move the window, City Inspector was the wrong inspector, Walls were closed off so the inspector could not check the work completely. It has now been since June of 2022 and the inspection has not been completed. There are other discrepancies that we encountered but will leave the decision to the courts when a civil suit is initiated.
Prices were almost 3 x times the best bid found for installing tankless Navien 210 heater. Rep was a good guy following up on a Yelp request. Very courteous and responsive.
The service technician who came to do the analysis, Felipe, was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, their pricing is almost double anyone else in the industry.
I'm happy that NexGen took the time to follow up on the work done and make things right. I really want to thank Jessie Rodriguez, (manager) for his help and concern. I will definitely do business with NexGen in the future.
