AC CONTROL

I called for service. Art was negative and unprofessional over the phone. He said he did not do service calls but only repairs. I did not feel comfortable with the conversation but still was looking to hire him to inspect an AC unit. I told him I was a Realtor and said he would not do work for Realtors. Amazing how these people see the need for the service and take advantage of the situation to put people down and be rude. This makes me work way harder at providing Elite service to my clients. In general people no longer take pride on providing a good service. Sad

Art is very knowledgeable and does great work. He showed up exactly when he said he would and got straight to work. However, he did come off a bit rude. If he had better customer service skills I'd definitely give him a 5. Good customer relations goes a long way.

Came home to find the AC out. I called Art, and the timing was perfect. He arrived in less then 15 minutes! Clean truck, clean uniform and a smile. I was immediately given a quote and authorized a repair. I cannot stress enough how grateful we are to get our issue fixed on a timely manner! Give AC CONTROL a call if you need HVAC service. You will not be disappointed.

Not only did they come out on a Sunday, they didnt charge me extra like all the others. Very professional....had my new unit installed within 2 days. Highly recommend!
