Bob’s was awesome! Our sales rep Wade made sure he was available on the day of our install & also made special accommodations so we got our AC on time as scheduled! Wade also handled making sure we received an instant rebate off our bill! The crew was professional and efficient, I would totally recommend Bob’s to everyone!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

One of the worst vendors I've dealt with. My AC has been unresponsive over a year and the company has gone from we will completely address this to going cold on their promise with the equipment still being very much under warranty. I've called multiple times and tried to get someone to talk to me but all I get are false promises. A service technician came out and acknowledged the problem as he was able to see it as well and said the company will take care of fixing this (a year ago). At one point they got one of their bosses Mr. Kalin to personally text me and tell me they completely understand the problem and he will personally ensure this issue gets addressed (this was a year ago) and then my follow ups with him have been ignored ever since. I have the entire chat transcript to prove this. Such a disappointing experience.

After all the immense research I did... Bob’s ended up the best price with their 20% early bird discount. And of course, the installation was nice and clean. During installation some heat switch was turned down.. so when the cold hit us in the summer as usual for us, my heater didn’t kick in. But when I called them, they came immediately and fixed that one.

We spent a long time hunting for the perfect company to replace our tankless water heater and were so thankful to come across "Bob's Heating And Air Conditioning." Their salesman Randy came to our house quickly and gave us a very fair and affordable estimate. He was on time, courteous, professional and we felt safe and comfortable having him in our home and around our children.
"Bob's" worked with us to arrange the install date at the perfect time, helped us co-ordinate the remaining balance due within my husband's pay-period and treated us like valuable customers the whole time.
The install itself went well as planned and we are beyond thrilled to have hot water again. We love our water heater!
It was a pleasure to do business with Randy and we look forward to using Bob's when it's time to replace our furnace.

Two reasons I would NEVER call Bob's Heating again:
1) I had a furnace the had a broken combustion impeller and called them to repair it. I gave them every bit of information they needed to purchase a new impeller and an appointment was set up for repair. The tech came out and didn't repair it. Instead, he only told his office all the information I had already given them. He informed me it had a broken impeller, which I told his office prior as told him when he when he arrived. He DID NOT work on the furnace. Then he proceeded to tell me that the part was not sold by its self and that I needed a complete combustion fan assembly and that the assembly was $800+. I sent him on his way I removed the assembly, myself and found a number on the impeller. When I input that number Amazon,m I found a replacement impeller for $33. They tried to bill for the service call ... I did not pay.

2) I had a furnace at home that was recalled by the manufacturer. The gas company condemned the furnace. Did a little homework and found the manufacturer website that my furnace was on the list. The Bob's heating tech told me it was not on the list of recalls and that the furnace needed replaced. I had a new furnace installed by another company. Sent copies of the installers bill and the notice of condemnationfrom the gas company gave me and got my $500 credit. Again, they tried to bill me a service call ... I did not pay.

This company mat lie to you and try to tell you that you need service that do not, solely for profit. Needless to say, they will NOT get a "third time is a charm" from me. I recommend you not even give them a 'first time' chance to be honest with you.

Bob's Heating & AC is amazing. I have had three different experiences with them. They are consistent, have integrity and amazing customer service. When my house was built they added the initial HVAC. I had them back to add the AC. Had Collin & Leif as the installers and Dan as my electrician. I couldn't be happier. Just today I had some warranty work done on the house (not something related to what they did) and again the gentleman (sorry I didn't get your name) went above and beyond. Thank you! You just don't get service like this very often.

The guys that came to the house for our big, two day, home back-up generator project were great. Courteous, safe, professional and knowledgeable. I told them how much we appreciated their attention to detail and Ivan, one of the lead guys said: “we do the work as if it’s our own home”. Made me proud to see the next generation of workers working as hard and as well as the previous generation. Good show Bob’s! You got my vote.

My tankless water heater was not working and was make some beep sound. I was worried that if I might need to replace it.
Bob heating helped checking the issue and told that it just needs to be cleaned. They also cleaned it for lower price and it works well now.

The installation was fast and easy. The installer was helpful and explained everything they would do and spent time afterwards explaining everything. Our installation added air conditioning which this home never had. The installation crew did as I suggested by running the lines for compressor from garage wall into crawl space to the new compressor. They did nice work and very cooperative. My son in law and daughter recommended Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning because they were satisfied customers. They added a heat pump to their home and love it.
