Excellent lead technician for the install. He needed more than just his one assistant to help the job move faster, the install ended up taking about 12 hours. They were friendly and addressed concerns or questions immediately. Small issue with the electrical install which was then fixed in a couple of days. The team was very responsive and engaging in working with me for all scenarios of where to place the outside unit. One of the permits was not included in my original packet, but again they fixed the issue quickly.

We had Bob's Heating and Air do a big project for us - install mini-splits throughout out entire home, remove the entire boiler system, install a new hot water heater and additional plumbing, and remove all of the old cast iron baseboard heaters in our 1950's home. Their quote was very reasonable and they did a great job with everything. Peter was very responsive when there were a few things I wanted changed or followed up on, and he personally came out to our house to make sure all of my needs were met. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the effort he made to make everything just right! I would definitely recommend them!

After my complaint, a gentleman from Bobs named Kalen, contacted me and took a look of my furnace yesterday. We had no heat again after that. When I found out we had no heating 4:00am in the morning. I got scared for this winter weather. I texted him. He did respond me at 5:00am, and came to my home this morning. He accidently touched the safety switch from yesterday's inspection. Now I have heat. Although I am not happy about their service, I do like the fast response from Bobs.

Last Tuesday, a technician came to my home to do maintenance on my furnace. He told us we need to hire an electrician because the circuit breaker panel in the garage was bad. Then he left. My furnace was not working at all.

We hired an electrician last Friday. He found someone had improperly wired the service switch at the furnace. He re-wired it and now my furnace is working. Nothing wrong with Circuit breaker in garage.

First of all, my furnace was working fine for past 3 years. Bob Heating is the original installer of my furnace.

In July this summer, we contacted Bob Heating for a quote to add an air condition. Bob heating is the only company who has been in attic to look at/work on my furnace.

Obviously, someone from Bob Heating changed the wiring of my furnace either this summer or last week. I was forced to hire an electrician to get my furnace re-wired when any normal HVAC technician should be able to do it.

They park their trucks in random neighborhoods for advertisement. Thr workers take up parking spots for people who actually live in the area.

We had an issue with our dryer vent being clogged and causing moisture to build up in our wall. I ended up cutting a hole in the wall after my finger poked through. I called several businessed from roofers to heat and air companies and not one would help me. Either my roof was too tall or they didn't clean vents or I had to solve the water problem before they would come look. Bob's not only treated me with such kindness and professionalism, they fixed the issue with zero difficulty and even arranged to have my drywall fixed . Their customer service is absolutely unmatched in the area. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

After a terrible experience with a competitor, I hired Bob's to repair my furnace since they're an authorized Bryant dealer. Besides having to wait 9 days for a part order, I give the service a solid thumbs up. The techs approached investigating the issue in an organized way and were able to isolate multiple failures in the system, making it atypically challenging. A competitor's tech gave up and told me to get a new furnace.

Tom came out and showed me where it was to be placed. Had to move bushes and trees. Showed him furnace that need replacement after $800 was spent on memory board 6 months prior. Tom said how his company would not have installed that furnace....I bought house new and they contacted me that first year. The ac didn't have done because they wanted a trench dug...wanted to put ac under bedroom window. Don't trust Tom he will lie and the company will treat you like you are ignorant.
