I had Bob's come out for a tankless water heater estimate. I was having a lot of problems getting hot water, and Tyler, the estimator, educated me on how to fix my tank settings to get more got water.
I took his advice and it worked line a charm. I replaced my old water heater instead, and saved over 50% on what the cost of a tankless would be!
The installers were also very professional, efficient, and conscientious of their work.
I highly recommend this company for your water heater needs!

Worst service experience, very unprofessional and zero honor of their promise. Short story, I have contacted them on July 2021 with a quote for Central AC for my house. They said I could take a 20% discount if install between Oct - Feb so I take the opportunity to do it. Then at the time of service, they said there's no system left to install so instead I need to call back in March 2022. Well, I gave them a call back today and the schedule need to be after May but there's no discount possible for us.
My worst mistake is to trust them for the discount and waited instead of moving on with other quotes I had.

Have been using them for years! Quality through and through! The crew that comes out enjoys their work and speak highly of their employer!

I pray for more success as this is a shining example of capitalism when done right!

Great ! Glad I had it done my place was filthy !! My house was 12 yrs old and I had never cleaned out ducts or vents . They were very careful , clean and left no mess and they even went over to fix elements that were not connected right on furnace itself.

Bob’s heating did installation of the AC unit at hour house. They performed the work on schedule, were within budget, and had no hidden charges whatsoever. The crew members were very professional, and took pains to put shoe covers on each time they entered the house. Their work was clean , and they did not leave any lose wires or tubing etc. We were very pleased with their work. That was three years back, and we opted for the automatic filter shipment plan, which was very well priced. Since then, the filters have appeared at our garage every three months without fail. They also arrived each year to perform a scheduled maintenance service to our heating and cooling system. Each time, they left us pleased, and we are so glad we had decided to go with Bob’s heating. As we verbally tell our friends, what a nice job Bob’s Heating did at our house, we are so pleased to write this note of appreciation for their services. . I recommend these folks very much.

The team that installed my A/C were on time, were professional, they worked their butts off from morning until late in the evening and cleaned up after themselves like I could not believe. Just as important, I had three quotes and BOB's turned out the best by far. Worked for me and my family.

Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning is a reliable, professional and affordable company. They are always on time and friendly. They have installed our furnace and air conditioning. I appreciate that they're easy to reach, too. The only thing that could improve my experience with Bob's is if the folks who answered their phones would be a little friendlier. Sometimes when I call, I am left feeling like I inconvenienced them. While they aren't rude, they are curt. With that said, I am very pleased with the service I receive from Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Do not go through Bobs for any service! I was a long time customer of bobs but they only care about sales

Ron and other service techs are super nice, professional, clean and neat. They call before they arrive. They wear booties. They are considerate of the property. They are thorough. I am very happy with their service and attention to detail. Big thumbs up and would definitely use them again,and refer them!

My tankless water heater was making a beeping noise with a fault code of 11, so i called bobs, they came and replaced 3 flamerod kit and igniter, they charged me $128 per igniter resulting in a sum amount of $378!! they also charged me $150 to diagnose, total bill was $546.21 with tax!!! after everything was done, i looked up how much the parts were on amazon and they were $30 for all 3. We might have been bamboozled!!! thanks for taking my hard earned money bob!!!!
