This is my first online review, ever! Reviews can build and destroy. This one builds. I'm an experienced general contractor and real estate investor. I understand vendors and how business works.
This review isn't just about Bob's. It's about Mike. We call Mike the furnace whisperer. After 7 years, 5 different companies and 10 service trips our pesky furnace problem was finally solved. By Mike. He didn't talk much. Not unfriendly at all, just very focused. After about 20 minutes of testing, I thought he mostly stared at the thermostat. I was concerned at first. Until I began to speak and he raised a finger as to say...not now. I realized he must have been running complex furnace algorithms through his packed head of knowledge. 10 seconds later he quickly returned to the furnace. A few minutes later he returned and said the problem was solved. I almost laughed, impossible! I can now attest after six months of use, and disbelief, the problem is in fact, solved. Thank you Mike, please don't retire any time soon, your skill and professionalism is truly rare.

I have a multi-year service contract with Bob's Heating. This year Kyle Tilton came to my house to service my tankless water heater, the A/C and the Furnace.

Kyle was wonderful, really professional and so kind. He taught me about my appliances and answered all my questions.

Bob's Heating and Air Conditioner has been servicing my furnace for over 7 years and I higly recommend them. They have been prompt, reliable, and very responisve when I needed help. I have not had a problem with my furnce and heating system since. They have fair prices when it comes to their annual maintenence plans too.

We had yearly maintenance of the HVAC systems. Reilly arrived on time, was respectful of the property and wore shoe covers. He performed detailed work and such a nice guy. Looking forward to doing more business with Bob's AC 🙌

I have worked with several other HVAC companies for residential and commercial, Bob's is the best. Very friendly, professional, and knows what they are doing. You know you are in good hands when multiple city inspectors tell you that they never have any issues with this company. Price was competitive, too.

Repair call went great. Had a short on my Y1 wire. Chris came out to diagnose and take care of it. He called when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him, was polite and careful entering the house, let me ramble about things patiently, and knew right where the problem was most likely to be. He was happy to show me the problem, was up front about cost, and completed the repair quickly. Very pleasant and straightforward. Thanks Chris!

Cole was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped with an issue we had with the heat in my house and installed a new user friendly thermostat. He took the time to make sure both my sister and I understood how it worked. Educated us on how often the furnace and AC should be looked at and when to replace the filter. My Heat pump started to fail after 16 years, so I decided to have both my heat pump and furnace replaced. I reached out to 3 local installers, including Bob's. Bob's estimator actually spent the most amount of time with me out of the three bids, provided good advice ( specifically going with a 4-ton system instead of 5 for my size home), had the most detailed estimate, and also had the lowest price of the three bids.

They were able to accommodate the install date of my choice and showed up on time. For my furnace and heat pump install, they showed up with six people who worked together as a team to get the installation completed in 1 day.

When they arrived, they discovered some additional complexity with my installation. They handled it smoothly, took on the additional work, and didn't charge me a dollar extra to make it work.

Throughout the day, they were super polite and tidy and answered all of my questions.

I had some additional specific requests about how I wanted everything controlled via my Ecobee Premium ( multi-stages, humidifier etc. ), and they accommodated all of my requests.

The new furnace is working great, and the quality of the install is WAY better than the mess of wires that were done with the original furnace that was done 16 years ago.

Originally, I contacted Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning for some basic maintenance, but over time, I've turn to Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my various heating and cooling needs.

After moving into our house, we decided we wanted to add A/C to our garage, and Bob's made the entire process fast and easy. They got someone to come out, give us an estimate, and answer any questions. On the day of installation, they were on-time and very professional.

Fast forward a few months and a few power outages, we also decided that we should get a generator. Just like the garage A/C, the entire process was super fast, smooth, and convenient.
