Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning

These guys came to our home and did a great job installing the air conditioning system across the ceiling of our garage. The challenge was that we did care what the coolant line looked like after installation. They took extra time to work through the issues that were important to us. The installation looks like it was there all the time. Exactly! Thank you Bobs.

I took advantage of their Spring AC Install sale (20% off) in March. They scheduled the install in April. No issues, and no complaints from my wife and newborn :-)

Also, I called around for pricing, and no one was willing to even try to reach the estimate I got from Bob's - and the actual service ended up being ~$100 less than estimated!!

Save your time and money - just go with Bob's :-)

One criticism - I wasn't made aware of the post-installation electrical and mechanical inspections required until the day of the install. But that was a minor surprise that certainly doesn't change my rating!

The Customer service at this place is horrible I called them at the beginning of July to set up an appointment for an AC quote they told I needed it to send them an email with all the information which I did, called them back last week on the 27th of July around 5:10pm to check why I haven't been call back and this lady told me that right now they are no longer focusing their attention to AC but rather to furnaces and that if I wanted AC I need to call back in March 2022 because they just won't give a quote, then just this week someone called me from bob's and told me that they could do the quote and come in and look at the house on Aug 5th when I explained what the other lady had told me I was told that it wasnt true but at this point I already had an appointment and had been given a quote with Lifetime heating and cooling in Snohomish their service was beyond great! I got my central AC system installed yesterday Aug 4th 2021, i would personally would tell anyone not to go with bob's but lifetime heating and cooling. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE IT'S A COMPLETE JOKE!

We hired Bob's for an A/C install and they were very thorough. They took as long as was needed to complete the install properly, which involved fixing a leak found on our HVAC system as well as a kinked hose. The install team was very professional, showed up on time and finished the job. We are very happy we went with Bob's.

We had Ronald Tavis from Bob’s come to our new house few months ago for regular maintenance. Ronald is hands down an expert and super passionate about his work. During the visit, he was extremely professional and he walked me and educated me through the entire maintenance process. He seemed to have an extensive experience and it clearly showed up in his work. Words that come to my mind from my interaction with Ronald: Customer focused, knowledgeable, professional, going above and beyond, and empathy. Thank you Ronald and we will call you again for our next maintenance.

Our nearly 30 year old furnace gave up the ghost during one of the coldest weekends in February, and Bob's was able to come out and confirm the problem the following day. We ended up buying a replacement furnace from Bob's at a competitive price, and had it installed the next day. Amazing, courteous crew with a keen eye for detailed installation of our new furnace. Our house is warmer than it's ever been and we couldn't be happier with our new high-efficiency furnace. Thank you Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning!

The technician that installed the unit was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to complete a thorough site survey both inside and out before he started any work. The unit was affordable and a perfect fit for our house. The contact and follow up from the office was also very professional.

Bob's has always had friendly employees and the tech that arrived at our house for an annual furnace service last week was no exception. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed that he cared about his work. Highly recommended!

Bob’s has installed our heating unit and air conditioning unit and recently serviced out water heater. They are reliable, respectful and very detailed. We found their prices to be very competitive and we will continue to be our top choice for routine service and emergencies (not that we’ve had any!)

I had central Air-conditioning installed. The team that came to my house was very professional and treated me and my house with respect. There were several challenges but I blame that on a phone sale and not a site visit prior to the job. In the end, I was very pleased and would recommend Bob's.
