We are very happy with our purchase, install, and experience with Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner was very responsive and was very knowledgeable. We also were grateful to the install team that did a first class job on installation. The coil and compressor unit outside were installed with care and craftsmanship. Everything is neat and tidy and works great. Thank you again and keep up the great work! Attached are images from the install, and while it wasn’t yet installed when I snapped photos, we also got a weather guard to help keep the unit clean from the heavy fall leaves. We used Bob's to install split air conditioning, they were very professional and the installation impeccable. We then used them for our gas boiler, the installation is great, and when we had an issue the responded immediately. Everything about this business is great and the people are professional. Casey and Antonio were top notch. Very polite, excellent installers and left our basement cleaner than when they started.

We will use Bob’s on a future project he suggested to better balance the temperature between our 1st floor and 2nd floor.

We had a first class experience with Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning. They came promptly to our home to assess our heating needs, followed up promptly with an estimate, which included excellent options for financing if needed. When Bob showed up to our home we were surprised to see that it was THE Bob of Bob's.
