New heater and new air conditioner system. The team arrived on time and started working immediately. Worked hard for hours and laid tarps to keep everything spotless. They were polite and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent company…

When we were ready to replace our aging HVAC systems, we requested an estimate from Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning. I wanted to work with a smaller local firm where the owner took a more active role in the process.

Bob, the owner, is the one who met with me to discuss our needs and provide an estimate. He primarily, or perhaps exclusively, installs Trane equipment, but I was OK with that. For the estimate itself, Bob showed up as scheduled. I liked the fact that he made me aware of manufacturer rebates and state incentives that were available, which I was able to factor into my decision making. He also described how he would include improvements and repairs to our existing plumbing and ducting that would increase the overall quality of the installation. Those improvements made sense to me and helped me make my decision to work with him. Trane equipment and installers have a strong reputation; I expect and am willing to pay more for quality, within reason. I found Bob's quote to be very reasonable, and a good value overall.

Our home has two systems. We were able to schedule the installation within a few weeks of making our decision (April). The installation took 1.5 days to complete. Bob and two employees were there for all of the first day. The remainder of the installation work on day 2 was handled by the two employees who were quite capable. They used protective floor covering where they needed to haul equipment through the house. I was very happy with the quality of the installation work and the entire process.

I set up with Bob an appointment for an estimate.
Bob left me a message half an hour prior our scheduled meeting time, after office hours, asking me to call him back.
I did as I left work to meet with him but, being after office hours, I could only leave a message.
After more that a week I haven't heard back from anyone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had several companies give me estimates, but they were very poor with follow-through and cost. A friend suggested that I contact Bob's because they were very pleased. Bob gave a thorough and comparable estimate and we had a set-up date by the end of the week. Shay and the team showed up, as scheduled, and worked on the system, both inside and out during the pouring rain, all day. There were also complications with my flooring that they worked around. They explained how to use the system from top to bottom. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them!

I have used Bob for two big jobs in the last year. He replaced the downstairs A/C and Heater and also the upstairs A/C. He got back to me at 10:30 at night when my air stopped working during a heat wave and sent someone the next day to fix it until it could be replaced. Bob and his crew are great! Professional, friendly, and neat. They arrive on time and are efficient and very thorough.
