Bob and his crew were amazing. They were professional and very easy to communicate with. From the get go they began by coving our hard wood floors and new carpets before any work was done which was greatly appreciated. Then his crew began to take apart the old HVAC with precision before Bob proceeded to install the new HVAC. Bob is a pretty funny guy. At least he tries to be, anyway! But he is extremely knowledgeable about his job and he really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable about the entire process of installing a new HVAC. I was very satisfied with the work that he and his crew did and I would recommend his business to anyone. Thank you Bob.

Update - Bob's did it again! We were having problem with our upstairs heating unit (different than the one we replaced two years ago) and Bob's was on the spot. It was determined the heater needed to be replaced and Bob helped us get that done quickly and cost effectively. The techs that did the install - Casey & Antonio - were great and the unit was up and running quickly. I'm always happy working with Bob's and recommend them without hesitation.

He quickly scheduled a time to replace our system and his team arrived on time, worked diligently and performed the job efficiently. Bob and his guys were great. I had a unique situation of trying to get ac/heating in my finished attic and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me on my options. Not pushy at all. We ended up going with a floor mini-split system in which they did an excellent and professional job in installing. It was clear to me that Bob has a high standard of quality service when one of his new guys did some wiring in a manner that wasn't poor but it seemed "not good enough" to Bob and so he re-did the wiring in a more "visibly appealing" fashion without any comments from me. Bob was also very focused on leaving the sight clean after he finished the installation. All in all, I was very impressed and am very happy with the product and installation.

We recently had Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning install a new Trane AC & Furnace system in our home. Bob explained the various options of units and, once we accepted the proposal, an install date was promptly scheduled. On date of install, Bob and his crew arrived as scheduled. Brandon, Shea & Lou were very professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. It was a long day for them and was one of the hottest of the summer but they kept their cool and it was a job well done!
