They replaced our furnace and added air conditioning. We were thrilled with Douglas, who did the estimate and explained clearly. The price was reasonable and much less than I had expected. They were able to schedule the task in a couple of weeks and accommodate our schedule. The team, Keith, Malachi and Sterling, who did the install were professional, were here when they said they would be and cleaned everything up when they were done. We are very thrilled with the work they did and would recommend them to others.

Dwayne cleaned three furnaces for me as part of our annual maintenance. He was thorough and quick. We chatted as he worked. He was both personable and professional. The company honored an advertised discount even after I’d had to reschedule twice! The people who answered the phone took the time to let me know where I was on the schedule so I could plan my day better. happy.

I contacted this morning as our kept going off and on. Finally it just stayed off. In less than 2 hours, at the beginning of the time estimate window, they contacted to say someone was on their way. Jorge showed up and was helpful. He not only fixed our issue but went ahead and did some maintenance checks and cleaning, too. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. And then he triple checked that everything was working, waiting a few minutes between each check to be absolutely sure I wouldn't have to call back for more help too soon. We will use this company again and will recommend to everyone.

Tatanz plumbing &heating arrived out today to install a new toilet. They were when I contacted and tried to come support me the same day. Ricardo was a nice young man, he was polite, clean looking and made sure we were satisfied before he left. He also said I have a year warranty so that was also a plus. I contacted for a clogged drain in my kitchen which was backing up our dishwasher and sink. I was told they would have a repairman out between 2p-4p. Taylor came right on time at 2p and we received text notifications ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Taylor was and was able to diagnose the issue and the measures he needed to fix it right away. Our issues was fixed in roughly an hour which I believe was quick. I felt our service was above and beyond and I strongly recommend giving them your business.

I had an trouble with a blown control board on my CHVAC condenser. With supply chain being an issue, the technician, Matt, set realistic expectations on when the part would be delivered and the fix completed. When the part arrived, the appointment was scheduled and as Matt was familiar with the issue, he was dispatched to complete the work. He was professional, personal, and knowledgeable. A great experience from start to finish.

My went out on a Tuesday and they were able to come by the next day early morning to access and repair my unit. Cayden was my repairman and was amazing. Larry showed up on time and looked over the situation. He began working on the drain dilemma within minutes. It was a tricky situation to get through the P-trap but Larry persisted and never gave up on getting to the problem and fixing it for us! In the end, he got our drain cleared and running free again. I could not have been happier with his work. He made sure it was done properly, cleanly and showed his skill at clearing a stubborn clog.
