Airloop Heating & Cooling

Just had AirLoop out to my home to estimate installing a new MrCool ducted heat pump system. Jairo is friendly, knowlegeable and professional. Impressed by his abilty to get out to my place 2 days after my initial contact (awesome!) and knowlege of heat pump systems and related considerations (appreciated). I'll update this review and add photos if I have AirLoop install my system.

Tried repeatedly to get a quote for a heat pump but kept getting told I would hear back soon about an appointment. Finally gave up after 3 weeks.

They didn't show the first time so I rescheduled and they showed up. Charged me quite a bit more than I was expecting (2x from another bid I had gotten). Ultimately they got the job done, but cost more that it should have (and they wouldn't give me a quote) and was delayed due to a no-show.

Jairo, the owner and his assistant Jorge came to our house to install a tankless water heater. They did a great job. Soon, they will install a heat pump too. I recommend them! They are the best in the area!
