Bothell Furnace & Air Conditioning Repair

We had an inducer motor that had been whinning for some time and was starting to get worse. Bothell Furnance was the only company my wife talked with that did not tell her they would have to diagnose then order the parts then charge another seervice fee to come out and replace it. They ordered the part and were able to fit the repair into a time that didn't affect mine or my wifes work schedules.

The service tech that showed up was very profesional. He did a quick service check of the system, replaced the parts needed, then let my wife know about a issue that may want to address soon but was not critical. There was no presured upsell. When we reach a point of replacing our 20 year old unit or adding AC to our house Bothel Furnace will be our first call.

Our heater broke in the middle of winter 😫 and I called Daniel. He came to my house and diagnosed the issue correctly within 1 hour. He thoroughly checked all parts of the system and wrote up a nice report. Very professional and answered all my questions. It was good price considering the needed heat during the cold weather. Keeping this business on my list!

I recently got my air conditioning fixed with bothell. After reviewing my house they recommended a furnace and air-conditioning system that would work most efficiently in my house. The technicians worked well with my existing duct work to replace it. And before leaving they explained the maintainence and operation. And cleaned the space as well. I would highly recommend Bothell!

My furnace wasn't starting up and Mark knew the inner workings of the unit so well he knew just what to do to get me back up and running in no time. He was great to work with and clearly knows his stuff.

I was out of town when my tenants called to say the furnace was running cold. Bothell furnace was out the same day and didn't gouge me on price.
