We recently purchased a 25 year old condo and wouldn't you know it, the first cold weekend of the year we fired up the furnace and it worked for around 6 hours before failing. The unit had a cracked heat exchanger. The furnace & AC needed to be replaced as they were very much on their last legs, and we asked 5 companies to provide us a bid. Actually, we asked 15 companies, but 10 different HVAC companies refused to give us a bid either because A) we were in a condo complex (they won't work in condos), or B) we were in Kirkland (some of them don't like working with the Kirkland building Dept.) We don't understand either of these issues as the furnace is attached directly to our unit, and Kirkland has been super easy to work with on the remodel we just did.

New Heating & Cooling wasn't just the lowest priced bid, they were one of only two companies that actually designed the system to really fit correctly into our condo unit setup leveraging and utilizing existing copper runs, existing electrical, etc. where appropriate. We signed the quote on a Friday night, and they were installing the following Tuesday morning. The did a complete removal and replacement of the furnace, coil, A/C compressor, fixed an issue in our ducting, and had us up & running in a couple days. The communicated proactively and professionally the entire time. The project was executed on time, and 100% on budget with the estimate.

Our 1997 York Diamond 80 furnace failed February 2021. Since the furnace was long overdue for replacement, we decided to hold off on repair/replacement until we were ready to replace the furnace and install a new AC system.

After reading many positive reviews, about New Heating & Cooling, I contacted NHC to schedule an estimate.
NHC was prompt with scheduling the site visit and following up with an estimate for replacing our furnace and installing a new AC system. The pricing was competitive, and we were offered several component and accessory options.

The installation team was very professional, respectful of the property and cleaned up after the job was complete. Communication was well from start to finish. We are very satisfied customers of New Heating & Cooling.

Eric was great at dealing with my requests when negotiating the purchase and installation. The workers that worked on my house were very professional. They had an issue with setting up the smart thermostat for the system, but they continued to work on it until it was resolved. Everyone from this company was very friendly.

On April 4 2022 we received an email from New Heating that installation of our air conditioning system project was complete. Subsequent events lead to the belief that this was not true and that New Air did not test the A/C system after it was installed..

Between the 4th of April and the weekend of Junteenth neither the heating system nor the new New A/C nor the new Thermostat were used. The cool weather postponed using the A/c and morning chill was taken care of by our gas fireplace.

During the weekend ofj Juneteenth an attempt was made to turn on the A/C but the new thermostat flashed a n ERROR message New Air was contracted and a service call was set for late in the afternoon of Friday, 24 June. The conclusion of the Service Tech was that a transformer was shorted out when the installers "closed a door on some wires and shorted the system"The A/C system had never been activated.

About a week later the transformer was replaced but the transformer sill displayed an ERROR message.. It turned out, according to the technician the new thermostat needed to have two failed components replaced..
Finally the system came on line during early in July three months after the New Heating & A/C LLC emailed l the "Project Fully Complete"" in an email dated 4 July 2022.

I compared 5 different HVAC systems and decided to go for the Dakin system for its compact outdoor unit, noise level, multi-speed functionality and, of course, the price.
I'm glad I made the right decision. New Heating & Cooling sent very professional installation team to do the job. They installed exactly system for my next door neighbor as well. Both of us are 100% satisfied.

Eric, the Sales Rep, came to give us a quote on installing air conditioning. He was professional yet personable and respectful. We have had 4 other companies in for quotes and will go with New Heating and Air because of Eric’s thoroughness. He took the time to show us how to

The heat dome of June, 2021 finally clinched for us that it was time to get central air for our house. The problem was that it also clenched it for everyone, it seemed. Calling around, New was the quickest to be able to come to our home to provide an estimate. They also ended up producing the lowest estimate and the earliest install date. So, we went with them. I am 100% satisfied with the results. Over the 2 days the install occurred a total of 6 employees were here and all arrived when they were supposed to and were completely professional and friendly. The company should be proud of its employees. Additionally, communication from the company was always prompt and courteous.

Lastly, they used a Daikin system. I was not familiar with that company but in researching, I saw their products are highly rated. Plus, being a US manufacturer (in Texas where COVID never stopped anything, no less) their product was actually available. I am struck by how quiet the outside unit is compared to others in the neighborhood. I feel like they picked an excellent manufacturer to purchase from.

I highly recommend New Heating & Cooling and will definitely contact them if I need any kind of heating or cooling work in the future.

Want to let everyone know that the service of the install of the ductless system was prompt and excellent. The unit installed is excellent and working very well so far. I would recommend this to any anyone in a similar situation. Did I mention this was the Daikan ductless system heating and cooling a area of about 1200 sq feet very efficiently.
