    Spoke with John about getting an estimate for a residential furnace replacement. Got scheduled to have Dave show up at noon the following Sunday and nobody showed up that day nor called. Left a message at 12:30 on Sunday asking if there was perhaps some miscommunication.

    Spoke with John again Monday morning, he apologized and said he would followup. I reached out via text message later on and John apologized and said "... they will have to pass on this one, thank you for contacting us though."

    Perfectly understandable, but a no-show for an appointment and then stating they're not interested in my business was not ideal. Two stars instead of one for at least being responsive and polite in communication during business hours.

    When our furnace was acting sluggish and everyone else I was calling was putting me off for weeks, John & Eldon found a window to quickly get the situation checked out and under control. It turns out that my blower motor was right at the point of failure. John & Eldon were able to get the motor replaced within a day or two and at a very reasonable price. These guys are good! Their assessment of the issue was spot on, they were prompt, accurate, professional, tidy and VERY pleasant to work with. As long as I live in the area and as long as they are in business, I will not need to look further for super HVAC service, and this is very reassuring in our household!
