Sundance Energy supplied and installed a lovely gas fireplace at our home here in Edmonds. Brian with the sales team was great to work with and our install manager Tobias was fantastic and very tolerable of our watchful dogs/cats/little ones. I would definitely recommend Sundance and use them again for any of our HVAC needs.

Absolutely despicable organization. When I was out of town, one of their people came to help my wife figure out our furnace had shut off. Spent less than an hour here, installed a new chintzy thermostat (which I also could have easily done in 30 min), and charged her $715. Just disgusting.

My wife emailed them directly to ask why the fee was so high, and to question why the invoice wasn't itemized in any way (just one lump some), and they never responded to her.

I hired Sundance Energy Services to clean my gas fireplaces and in the process, we discovered a need to replace some parts in one of my gas fireplaces. Jordan came out to do the work and was extremely courteous and professional. With the recent supply chain problems, it took longer than expected to get the right parts, but Jordan and Sundance were on top of it every step of the way - keeping me informed and when it arrived, he returned promptly to install it. I was super happy with his work, now the fireplace is working like new! When he returned to install the parts, I asked if he was able to fit in my annual furnace servicing and filter change - and he did. The rate for that was extremely fair. It's so refreshing to find a company that knows the meaning of customer service and employs thoughtful and capable people like Jordan that you can trust.

Tim from Sundance Energy did a fantastic job! We had him come out for an AC unit on our rental property that had a coolant leak. He got it all fixed up in a few hours and the price was reasonable for what all he had to do.

Sundance also did a big remodel job for us with a heat pump & two air handlers and their install crew also did a great job. Wonderful company to work with.

I liked that Sundance is a home-town business and I've been driving by them for many years so I called them first when our old R22 based central AC system failed. I knew it needed a total replacement because of its age. A very nice lady answered the phone and said "Doug" would call us back. That was a month ago and we never heard from anyone. So, we had another company (Lifetime) replace everything.
Maybe they'd be good if they worked but we'll never know now.

Sundance tech Bryan has been out a couple times for maintenance, and this time when needed, to help us with replacing our tankless Navien water heater. Service and response times from the company we’re outstanding, as was Bryan’s help. Techs who installed were efficient, and did great work. Fair pricing! Recommend Sundance!

Good service. Jordan was both professional and efficient with his inspection of our heating system. He walked us through what he saw and his recommendations. We felt like a valued customer. 4-stars rather than 5 because I had to call to schedule a visit 3 times and the delay pushed us into the time of year when the A/C could not be inspected with the heating system.

From the company representative on the phone who initially booked our appointment, all the way to the technician who performed safety and maintenance service on our furnace, AC system, and gas fireplaces, Sundance Energy gave us a highly positive impression. Communications were prompt and clear, we received a call and text prior to the technician‘s arrival, and the service was performed with a very high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Our technician, Jordan, presented with obvious skill and an unusually high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, respect, and clear communication. We hope to work with Jordan again for future maintenance and HVAC-related installations. Sundance Energy inspired confidence and we are very pleased to have established a relationship with them.

This is Heat-N-Glo fireplace (it is 21 years old gas fireplace) maintenance for my first service with Sundance. The service result from technician (Michael) is way exceeding my expectation and excellent achievement.

Technician had answered all my questions professionally and patiently, really appreciate for the knowledge learning for how to maintain the non-gas fireplace as extra bonus from this service visit.

I called Sundance Energy Services out to my house to service and inspect two gas fireplaces. Jordon the tech for Sundance did an over the top outstanding job. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, then patiently listened to my questions and concerns and address all of them. He explained everything he was doing and found an unexpected issues with one fireplace that he confidently fixed. The fireplaces work better now and look much better too. I have to also acknowledge that Jordan was an extremely polite young man that was easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in our home.
