Heather arrived today to perform maintenance on my tank-less water heater. Heather was extremely cordial, professional and thorough. Tim was a jewel. He called and said he was going to be a little early if it was okay. I said no problem. He was friendly and thoughtful and explained all the steps he was going through to do the yearly check-up of my heat pump. He wore his mask, removed his shoes and wore plastic gloves due to the pandemic. He cleaned everything up after his work and left my place spotless. I found his quality of work very professional and high quality. He knew exactly what he was doing. He readily answered all my questions with a friendly attitude and smile. You have a wonderful worker that you need to keep as long as possible. Everyone keep safe!!!

Mike was here to clean and check my gas fireplace. He was so very courteous and performed a thorough cleaning. I'm not real comfortable doing anything to a gas appliance, so when I asked if he would refresh my memory on how to remove and clean the glass cover, he showed me and then watched carefully to make sure I could do it correctly. Mike is a super contentious technician.

Thanks so much for our natural gas fireplace insert. We've had it about a year now and we rarely need to supplement it with our forced air furnace, even when the outside temps are very cold. Your installation team was great and the price we paid was well worth it.

Fantastic work by the Technician (Michael). I use them every year to maintain the furnace (that they also installed) and maintain my gas fireplace. I will definitely use them in the future for all my HVAC needs!

Our Sundance Technician, Bryan, was prompt in his arrival. He was efficient in his work, in fact he went above and beyond our work order, and repaired the switching mechanism for our whole house fan. He provided us his business card and encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns. Besides this he was really personable with all in our family during his time here. We are really pleased with Bryan's service.

Had furnace and gas fireplace serviced. Heather was very thorough and approached her work very methodically. We have used Sundance for many years and wouldn't use anyone else. Would highly recommewnd them for reponsiveness and quality of work.

Called Sundance for a second opinion on a heat pump that was supposedly "unrepairable" - what a different company told me. Tim R was able to find the leak in a matter of a few minutes and replaced/repaired the needed parts. When he tested the system afterwards, it worked perfectly. He just saved me a few thousand dollars!!! I will never use anyone else for my heating/cooling needs.!

We recently had our 2 gas fireplaces serviced by Sundance, the company we purchased the units from originally. Heather, the technician, could not have been more professional in providing the service as well as answering our various questions.
