Sundance did a brand new gas furnace and thermostat install. My experience was excellent. The technicians were courteous, pleasant, and really knew their stuff. Afterwards they walked me through everything they did and cleaned up thoroughly. 5 stars!

Sundance repaired our gas fireplace system after our older system had failed a few times. Sundance ordered and installed new component parts and now it works like new. Dwight was excellent to work with and he is highly knowledgeable and professional. He is honest and and has high integrity! I highly recommend Sundance and Dwight and his team. Mack in Kirkland

Mike did a great job tuning up and cleaning my sooty gas fireplace! He was friendly, speedy but thorough, and happy to answer my questions. This was my first time working with Sundance Energy Services and I'll definitely be contacting them for future maintenance visits.

I've used Sundance since 2008 and they never disappoint. They're competitive, on time and extremely thorough. Wade, the technician did a fantastic job on replacing my water heater and had me back in business in just over two hours. Don't waste time shopping for a plumber or HVAC company; just give these people a call.

JD and the team at Sundance were very helpful, professional and responsive. We ran into a few problems at install due to my condo association rules but they worked though it and created solutions without extra costs. Thanks so much JD and everyone at Sundance!! Highly recommended.

Overall we were quite happy with the work that Sundance completed. They have performed our annual furnace check-up for the past few years, so it made sense to have them do the work when it came to installing our A/C unit. We were disappointed that they were unable to complete the work in one day as promised as they did not have the appropriate part to make the connection between our furnace and the new A/C unit, especially since they have serviced the furnace in the past and two of their staff had completed an inspection of the equipment before attempting the install. It should have been a reasonable expectation for them to know the type of furnace that we have and be prepared to match the new A/C with it. Otherwise they were fine. The price was reasonable and the staff was courteous and professional.

Heather was communicative and helpful with all of my questions, of which there were many. She went through all of the steps, visually, that I asked about to make sure I'm using the fireplace correctly. She was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this org and especially Heather.
