Sundance were by far the earliest responders of a few local companies when our heat went out, and a technician got us back up and running in <30 mins after arrival. (one competitor who had initially installed the furnace told us their first opening was in 3 weeks!)

The heat then went out again after 1 day and they were great about sending someone immediately to re-investigate, and they ultimately found our furnace circuit board was on the fritz. The technician drove to the nearby specialty supplier and picked up a new part, validated we were still under warranty, and applied our payment from the previous efforts to this work without us even having to ask.

They seem to really stand by their work and I appreciated the solid communication between the office staff and field techs so everyone was always informed with the latest. Definitely recommend on customer service

Sundance has been my go-to company for over 15 years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to go out of their way to insure my needs are met. They take whatever time is needed to explain everything in a way that is understandable and respectful. The technicians are so thorough that I felt like they viewed me as a member of their own families. I am extremely impressed with them to the point that I don't feel the need to get bids from other companies (even though I do read other company's reviews).

Heather was amazing. Furnace was diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Verified to make sure we had the correct wires to install a new thermostat. Provided guidance on how to maintain furnace and what would need to replaced going forward. Very helpful, concise, and nice. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

I called Sundance when our furnace stopped heating up. I expected an appointment for a service call. Instead I got a FaceTime call from Heather who helped me problem solve all the possible problems. After 5 minutes with this very knowledgeable technician, she had the heat back on along with advice for how to prevent the problem in the future. And when I asked how to pay for the help, she said she was happy that it worked. That’s service with an eye towards customer care and loyalty. Thank you so much Heather!

Brian Hoeck from Sundance Energy did fantastic work for me today, and on a previous service call. Both times he was early for the appointment, efficient, courteous, super knowledgeable, friendly, and very competent. When it was clear my old system was shot, which he carefully diagnosed, he got me a great deal on a new system to be installed in just a few weeks, even during summer. I've had Sundance perform services on my own homes several times, and others who I've referred them to as well. Service techs don't get any better than Brian Hoeck, and Sundance is lucky to have him.

I recently bought my first home and was a bit concerned about my two gas fireplaces. Gas appliances scare me a little and it seemed like the previous owners haven't cleaned them in a while so I called up Sundance Energy Services for a cleaning. Pretty much everything I could have hoped for; came over, very professional, cleaned my two gas fireplaces to a very nice condition and assured me my gas fireplaces are in good order. Explained how the gas fireplace worked and even gave me some free advice on my furnace. Seems pretty solid, I foresee I will be using their services in the future. They seem pretty busy during this time so it was a couple weeks wait, but it was well worth it.

We had a great experience with Sundance! We had two ductless mini split units installed and Doug was incredibly friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. His team completed the install quickly and didn’t leave any mess behind. The quality of work was high as well. After the install I had several questions and he was very prompt to reply and provide help. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience from the sales process through installation. We installed new ac, furnace and a hot water heater. Everything was on time which is crazy given it’s difficult to get units right now. Wade and the rest of the installation crew were super friendly, knowledgeable and even caught a leak in our walls we would have never known was there. I would highly recommend Sundance and will use them for our maintenance needs.

I've been a customer for about 12 years. They regularly service the gas fireplaces we use to heat our house. Last winter one of the fireplaces failed and a Sundance service man diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and came back an installed it. I know the installation was not easy, but he stayed with it until it was working. It has continued to work fine. We have ordered an heat pump to provide cooling and some winter heat. It will be installed in October. i highly recommend Sundance.

Sundance Energy did an outstanding job installing central AC in my home and I highly recommend them for installation, repair, and maintenance of both HVAC systems and gas fireplaces. They were on-time, professional, responsive, tested the system, and cleaned up before they left. Full install was complete in 1 day - I'm very impressed will definitely use Sundance Energy in the future!
